Pedro forgot to come and needed reminders. He put us off 3 times. When he did come, he forgot his tools that I had to provide. He was nice. He had material. He was skilled and knowledgeable. He did what I wanted, but I was not impressed.

Sold me a new furnace because the motherboard for the old one was expensive and would take a week. It was winter. I had to move my coil for the air conditioner. During spring checkup, my air conditioner coil was frozen and leaking from the drip pan. Said my refrigerant was contaminated and I needed a new system. My system was 4 years old! I was shocked. I called the original installer, and they said it was an airflow issue because they blocked a return air hole that was cut into the old furnace. Kept saying that was not the issue. I opened it up, and have had no problems since. All they want to do is sell you new equipment.

I did not complete the original work but did buy a plan for them to come out and check out all our plumbing and pipes. It was $80 and seemed reasonable. The two projects I called them for would have cost me almost $600 so I did not opt to have them done.

Helped in an emergency

the gentleman that fixed the faucet was great but sold us their service program. the electrical team came and tried to convince us to buy a new electrical panel. they did not bother to check any of the outlets, fans, anything. We had 2 other companies come out since to check the panel and they individually agreed the box was fine, no arcing, but the box could be replaced if we wanted for half the cost. I have canceled the contract and further services with Friendly, and I really had high hopes we had found a full-time, reliable company.

Prompt and efficient but felt that replacement was what the employee had been directed to aim for.
