I always believe a business should "under promise and over deliver" . Champion over promised and under delivered. December 2, 2014 update - nothing to update. No replacement windows and only one call that I initiated. I don't think they intend to replace the defective windows. December 22, 2014 update - nothing to update. They have never once initiated a call nor has the defective windows been replaced. Really, it takes over 3 months to order and replace windows. I suspect they have been promising to replace but no intention of replacement. So if a baseball is thrown through my window in January I have a hole in my window until spring. Think twice about doing business with them. January 15, 2015 - Oh what a great day. After nearly 4 months Champion replaced the defective windows they installed on September 22, 2014. At last the job is complete!

Great. He was on time and did a much much much better job than the last window cleaner we had. It was quick and efficient. He was a total professional.

He was timely and professional. However, I did not like the 'buy today' pressure. After further researching the various windows, I went with another company.

In the initial install of our sliding glass patio doors (2012) the handle was placed upside down - they came out immediately to replace it with the correct one. Previously, in another home I had all my windows and sliding glass doors replaced by Champion, this would have been around 2002-2004 (don't remember exact dates anymore). So when, I married and we bought a short sale I knew who I wanted to replace the sliding glass door in our new home. Champion windows has an excellent product and I prefer them over anyone else. The only drawback is they cost more, but you get what you pay for. Thank you.

I signed up for an "Angie's Deal" and prepaid the amount required. I submitted three dates for service that were after the designated time frame in order to allow the company to contact me and schedule a time. I realize that sometimes these deals are so popular, that you can't always get the date of service that you have pre-selected. That's fine, but when I didn't hear from the company at all after two weeks, and all the dates of service I had requested had passed, I submitted an email to inquire about the delay. It's been a month now since I've prepaid for this service, and I've never once been contacted to schedule a date of service. This is incredibly unprofessional, and frankly, a misrepresentation. I am disappointed in both this company and in Angie's List for allowing this to happen. I'm rethinking my membership.

The window replacement went smooth with no miss measurements or replacement issues at all. The replacement was on time and the cleanup was meticulous.I received 15% discount. That was for 7 large living room windows on the first job they did for us.

They installed and replaced 3 regular size windows for the bedrooms and 3 smaller size windows for the family room. Each of the windows open up and both the inside and outside panes can be cleaned from the inside. The screens for the outside windows fit perfectly and were of hi grade. A final plus was that the windows were manufactured here in Salt Lake which guaranteed that no internal changes inside the windows appeared as a result of changes in elevation which can and does happen.

I liked working with them. They didn’t mind me watching them work and asking them questions. When they finished the doors looked great. I was happy with the experience.

The service worked out very well. Andy in ordering was great. They followed up and took care of me. The door frame had to be recut but it looks marvelous.

There was an issue with one of our storm doors and it took them a long time to resolve it. They were competitive with the rest of the bids we got.

Michael, our installer was on time, professional and courteous. He paid great attention to lend precautions and our safety. He helped to make sure experience .Amazing!!

Everything was great except that it seems like that it took a long time for them to actually install the windows and I understand that that was probably because they make their windows directly from the factory. It seems like it took a long time to get the bill and when we got the bill, they have the wrong address on it and they have the wrong name on it. That’s why it took forever to get to us. I don’t think that was their fault because it was through a finance company, so, I don’t know if it was them or the financing company. Well, they give us three estimates, they came out and actually the gentleman who came out was the manager and he was really great. He considered everything, he measured our windows, he looked at the problems that we had and gave us the estimate. He worked and he gave us a lower price because we had seen an ad, he also gave us lower than the ad so we saved the money and got some quality windows. The quality of the windows is great. I can tell immediately that those downstairs, ah, we’ve replaced the windows. It used to be frigid and when we had the windows installed, it was very mild. It was nice. When they finally get it done, they had to come back and they have to redo something that they said they were not able to do. It took a long time to hear back from them.

We were so happy with their work, they stayed with the job until they were finished. They bid us a price and that's exactly what they charged us. They sent a crew to work and I have never had such a team that was efficient. They guaranteed their work and their products. If I call them they are here, they stand by their product. Since the deck installation we had issues with the screen and they replaced them with no charge. Patio windows needed caulking and they came and actually replaced the whole window at no charge. They have the most reliable and efficient workers that I have ever seen. If I ever had to have any work done to my house I will be going to through Champion again. I cant say enough good things about them, I was very pleased.

They were quick in responding. The windows were made in a timely fashion and installed without incident. This is the second time I have worked with Champion. The previous installation involved four windows in the rear of the home. I will always call them when I need windows replaced as I believe they do a good job and provide an excellent product.

They were pricey but I was pleased with the quality of window. It was easy to schedule and they came on time. The cleanup was fine and did a beautiful job. They left everything clean and I have no complaints.

I like the quality of the product, the price was just three times as much as others. The interactions were good.

They delivered on time and the service men were so great and very professional. They also explained how well they sealed the windows on the outside and inside.

windows look great,caulking job by Craig is top notch,sliding glass door is awesome too.Craig,Mike and helper(sorry I forgot your name)had to cut out some of the wall for the slider.Very professionally completed!!The finishing work around the windows,and especially the door (regarding the trim work)is top notch.I would definitely recommend Champion to anyone wanting or needing windows and sliding glass doors.

The windows have been excellent! The glass in the front door was not straight so we were told a new door was ordered. We are still waiting for our new front door to be delivered. Other than that we have been very satisfied with Champion.

I really liked the service they provided. Both sales people were very nice. Everyone in the office was great to us. The installers explained to us what they needed to do, how they needed to do it and asked for our approval before starting the work. They did a fabulous job of installing everything. When they got through with the work, they wouldn't sign off until they had their inspector come out to check out the installation and until we confirmed we were happy. When they got done, I noticed the sliding glass door was hard to lock but upon calling them they came out the same day to readjust it. My wife likes these windows so well that she doesn't even want to hang curtains on them.

They call schedule on time. They cleaned before and after installed. They perfomed ask they described for us. They gave us all the details before they left.

When I signed the contract, the salesman did not fill in when I could expect it to be in. After I ordered it, they sent someone to take the measurements, and I waited 4 weeks. I never heard from them so I called them. They told me that the door was in. They brought it out and never took it off the truck because they said it was too short. They asked if they wanted them to show me and I said no because I trust them. They took it back and said they would re-order. I asked when it would be here to get my door and they did not know. Around three to four weeks later the door came in. This second door was not thick enough. They could not put this door in either. The installers were actually very nice. They took it back and two more weeks went by and I asked what happened. They told me something went wrong and had to order another door. They ordered again, which is the third door. This door actually fit but it took forever to get my door. The glass storm door that they tried to install was actually too short. Now I had to wait for the glass storm door. Finally on July 20, 2012 the storm door was installed. I paid them for the job. This whole process took from March until July. The storm door was installed for only a week and the weather stripping started to bubble and pull away. It could not take the heat. I called them after summer and they came out and replaced it. I asked them what will happen next year and they said if it happens again they will come fix it again. I asked if I have to pay for a service charge if it happens again and they told me for the first two years no, but after that I would have to pay $55 each time.

The salesman was knowledgable and helpful. Not pushy. The workmanship was excellent. They were done when it was scheduled to be done. The windows were installed when they were supposed to be installed. They work was done neatly. They cleaned up after themselves well. The windows and door perform as advertised and look great. If we would have stayed in the house we would have had the remaining windows done.

They are very attentive to what they are doing. They took measurements 2-3 times to make sure they did not have to recut the glass. They were also on time and competed work when they said it would be done. There was no return touch ups, and they handled the project without any flaws.
