You have been warned. Do not go with this company. Check out their reviews in other states on BBB. They do not stand by their warranties (per other reviews). They will be great to deal with for the first 30 days. After that, you are locked into the contract and all customer service and promises go out the window. Plan on it taking twice as long to get your ordered product. I made my order in April, 2024 and it was promised (in contract) that we would have our product delivered and installed in 90 days. It is now November and we are still waiting for our order to be completed. All of my calls and complaints have been ignored or pushed on the next person to deal with. I have even made calls to the office in Seattle. The only contact I am getting is text messages. Very unprofessional and dirty tactics to get your money and not deliver on product. Look elsewhere for your window needs!!

I don't often write reviews of contractors before the job is completed, but I had such a good experience with salesperson Brandon P. of Champion Windows, that I felt inclined to write this preliminary review and will follow up with a second one when the job is complete. We are replacing 7 windows in our 20 yr. old home and have some unique requirements for these windows. Although this involved a "new request" that Brandon had not seen before, he immediately went into gear to research a solution for us, and found one, answering every concern we had. This was the fourth major window company we interviewed and I am very experienced hiring contractors for remodeling/ construction. I immediately pegged Brandon as extremely honest, forthright if he didn't know the answer to a question with no BS, very knowledgeable about the products, the warranty offered, the financing, etc. When we had a computer glitch "unlocking our credit report" to accomplish financing, he was patient and we never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I believe Champion windows are clearly the best value for the investment, for our needs, compared to the other four companies. I look forward to a successful, timely scheduled, project. I will update this review when the job is complete.

It did not go well. I don't give 1 star reviews lightly. Took several months for them to arrive with my windows. One window was broken, one window frame was broken. It took more than a year from contract start to get a less than complete task. They have not yet resolved my problem with the split screen molding issue. I posted some photos on a google review.

The salesperson was absolutely amazing. Lori was extremely polite, not pushy, and very honest and up front. Champion was not the first presentation we had, nor the first rep who gave us a bid, actually they were the fourth. They had the best product in our opinion, the best package, at the best price. They spent the time to go into details about their product and actually showed us some comparisons which furthered our feelings they were telling us the truth. One major purchases we do tons of research, and everything I had already checked into was verified by the rep. We cannot wait to get our new windows installed.

It was an excellent experience. The salesman was professional and knowledgeable. We got a fair price for an excellent product. The installers were polite and conscientious about being in my home. They were great about cleaning up after themselves as well. They walked me through the project and answered all of my questions. One of the screens had a tiny hole. It was taken out and replaced immediately.

I really had a bad experience it took 6months for that long period of time before they replaced a new window. It's the company I'm not going to go back. I preferred to go with somebody else but not in champion I only got a bad experienced.

They've done an excellent job. They discuss what's the best for what I wanted. The quality of the materials is worth for the money I paid because the materials was excellent. They were responsive to my needs and they were very professional from the initial sales person up to the installer and they cleaned everything after and they didn't leave any mess.

Worst experience of our lives! We wanted to get our roof done and all of our siding replaced. The salesman, Andy Chudd, sat down with us and promised the world to us and told us to call him if any problems arose. It took about 2 months for them to get started on the roof and then we found out that Champion hires just about anybody to do their work! We did not see a single person from Champion while the roof was being completed. After the roof was finished, we noticed several things wrong with the work, the apex of the roof wasn't complete and the flashing that was placed around our chimney was glued on, and the glue didn't hold so it looked like someone came along and ripped the flashing open at one corner. This started the complaint process, I called Andy Chudd and then he called his boss, Chad Brasier and I was put on a waiting list to get someone out to the house to see what the problems are. One week later, they sent someone back to the house to fix the problems and they didn't fix them properly. So, I called them again, was put on a two week hold to get someone from their office to meet with us to find out what we were complaining about. Finally after another couple of weeks our roof was completed. Champion then delivered all of the supplies for the siding project to be completed. These supplies were dumped on our driveway, so that we had to park on the street while we waited another 3 weeks for them to begin that process. The siding people that they sent out were the most undisciplined workers that I had ever met. They only put in about 3 or 4 hours a day on the project and it took about 2 & 1/2 weeks for them to complete what they did. During this process I noticed that they were not taking care of the siding on each end of my house, (I guess they call them the "Gables") when I asked them about it they told me that they were not contracted to do them. I furiously called the salesman and he told me not to worry it will get done! Two days later the siding guys told me that they would be finished with the job that evening and that I needed to sign them off on the project so that they can get paid. They did not redo the siding on the gables so I refused to sign until I talked things over with Chad Brasier about this job. The siding guys said no problem we'll just put a lien on your house until we get paid! I then had a meeting with the salesman, Andy Chudd and the division manager, Chad Brasier about the job and was told that I didn't pay for them to do the gables on the contract. I remember when we sat down with the salesman that we very clearly stated that we wanted "All of the siding replaced" but the salesman said whatever he had to, to ensure that he still had a job. He told his manager right infront

The installer this time was subpar (hence the less than "Excellent" rating for "Responsiveness," "Punctuality," and "Professionalism"). However, the necessary reworking was performed by another individual who was superb. On two different occasions a few years ago, Champion installed an outside door and several windows-- they did an excellent job in both instances, which is why I hired them again this time.

They are good.  I'd give them the highest grade for overall service.  They are a little high on price, but we had someone else do some other windows and there was no comparison.

They came up a replacement covering on the roof that sealed the leak entirely. They were very courteous, and easy to work with.

excellent. There has been a minor leak in the roof. Repairs are still ongoing and the company is responding well. Despite the minor issue, we still love this addition to our house and the quality of Champion's work.

Windows installed within reasonable timeframe giving consideration to rainey season. However, the front window leaked and damaged interior sheetrock with no resolution to this date. Siding job was much slower and more difficult than expected. Work began later than promised, "finished" much later than promised and not to agreed standard. Unfinished work below some windows. Gap in custom corner moldings, doesn't match up with siding. Order placed and deposit made 4/20/2015. Contacted salesman Tony in June 2015 to report problems with leaking window and unfinished areas. No resolution to leaking window but other work finally "completed" in July 2015. Rock broke garage window, window replaced. Found a broken window sash in summer 2016 and requested replacement. Still waiting for response to have window replaced. Siding damaged May 2016, Champion refused to replace even though it carries a "Lifetime guarantee on your siding and installation" as promised when I purchased and advertised on their national web site. Since reporting damage I have been "provided" with the blank, unsigned siding warranty. Not provided to me at time of purchase and still states lifetime waranty with exception for "Acts of God." Who defines them? Long, frustrating story made short: Division Manager Tony "fired" Salt Lake Office unresponsive I contacted "Summer" at National Office New Division Manager "Chad" did finally visit my home on August 11th with Regional VP and denied any assistance with damaged siding, uneven installation or damaged sheetrock from leaking window but promised replacement of broken window sash.... As of today, Dec. 4th, nothing has been replaced nor has there been any contact made with me to make arrangements to do so. I am very sorry I made the decision to do business with Champoin. I thought I was getting Lifetime products and warranties for service and what I have ended up with is overpriced products and broken promisis!

$1,200

They are not panels, but they are windows in each door  and then there is an interior venation blind in each window between glass. The installer ran into some wood rot on the base plate so he replaced all that. The only thing I did not like is there was not real good communication between the contract writer because we chose the hardware, the type of door materials, the windows and the color. The house is brown so we said any of the molding that is needed to put the door in needed to be brown to match the house. He did not have the right color for the base trim. My window frames are fiberglass and they are almond color. The only saving grace was this piece that he had to put in that goes all the way around is almond color. There is about one-half inch of almond color that goes all the way around. He told me he put the wrong house trim in and it was almond. He told me it did not match the siding but it matched the windows. I asked what this involved because  he had already taken out the old door. He told me he would be about two hours behind. He tried to go get this supervisor to go get the right stuff and the supervisor was not contacting him. At the time I wasn't happy because this was right around a $1,200 door that they put in. The door works well. Their price was high. I think they are very responsive. Right when they said they would be here the guy showed up literally with the truck. The installer guy is the one getting all these good marks. He recognized the problem with the wood rot. He could have said nothing and could have faked it and left the rotten wood in. The installer gave me the top quality job. He made sure the framing would be sound and there would not be any rot. He actually put in a bigger threshold for the door because the old one rotted. I am going to ask them for another seal to go under the door because the door is heavily used. They will probably send somebody out.
