The pump supplier company recommended that we use this plumber, but they did not seem familiar with the product. They did not honor the price they originally quoted, however they were prompt and courteous.

I wanted to have 3 bathroom faucets replaced. The serviceman arrived on time and then began the work which involved lots of moaning and banging in the bathroom. He eventually called in another repair person who was not dressed in the company uniform to work on the third faucet. When it was all finished, it had taken them 5 1/2 hours, use of some of their own parts(additional charges), several chips in the newly re-finished sink, and oil stains on the brand new carpet. When asked about the chipped sink, of course, the repairman insisted that none of it was his fault. Whe he removed the old part it just happened to pull away some finish and then jump over and chip an additional piece out of the sink. I had pre-purchased the new faucets ($200) and expected that might take a couple of hours to install them. I certainly didn't anticipate damage to my sink, the extremely long hours it took him to change the faucets, use of their products to complete the job, and the oil stains on my carpet.

They did quality work. Clean up was good, prices were reasonable, and installation was on time. They had a ''can do'' attitude for somewhat difficult, tight space installation. Another plumber said it couldn't be done as I wanted. Matt was the plumber.

They are a wonderful company. I have used them many times. They are always on time.
