Description of Work: Todd managed our rental property for just under one year. He supervised much of the work getting the property ready to lease, found the tenant, handled needed repairs in a manner very fair to both parties, and kept the property in great shape. He was very professional and had good contacts for needed repairs. He truly made our property rental an easy and satisfying experience.

 + -1 moreTodd was very responsive in helping to get my condo rerented. I searched out a property management company that would assist me with placing a tenant in my property at a competitive price. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised how Todd at Property Alliance took charge of this, working with me. He was most always easy to get in touch with, gave great suggestions for turning over the property, was very hands on and efficient. Todd went the extra step and even had our stained and seemingly needing-to-be-replaced commodes whitened and our stopped-working dishwasher repaired without our requesting it... an attestment to his knowledge, quick thinking, and excellent customer service. He was professional with my outgoing, prospective, and then incoming tenants. Property Alliance screened our tenants and even used our lease at our request, though he offered that we could use his. Thank you again Todd! I would certainly use his company's services again and recommend them highly.
