The company cancelled my sod install date just a day or so before it was to be put in. I cancelled the order and contracted with a sod farm directly, who was much more professional, responsive, and MUCH cheaper. Even though the sod was never installed by Country Gardens, they charged me the full price anyway. When I called to ask them about it, they agreed to refund the sod portion of my bill (I also bought two trees) but the refund never came. After repeated attempts to get it removed, I finally had to have the credit card company intervene before the refund was given, with no response from Country Gardens, and they never even provided an invoice or receipt for what I did buy, despite a request for one. When I picked up the trees I bought, they had some equipment problems and tried to load my trees with the wrong equipment. As a result, several branches were broken and ultimately died as a result. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely unresponsive and unprofessional.
