Working with Bill Wood at Alarm Protection Group was easy from start to finish. He wasn't high pressure at all, which is very important to me -- I HATE feeling pressured. He just offered what he thought was best, and then took the care to come by to check on things. I felt super comfortable with him doing everything that needed doing.

Have an old security system that went wonky early this morning and we called this A-rated listing on Angie's List for a fix. The company came out and took care of the problem, and we ended up purchasing their monitoring package. Was nice to get a quick fix and upgrade all in one.

I just recently relocated and was looking into purchasing a home alarm of some kind. After talking on the phone, we scheduled a time for a technician to come out. He spent time explaining in detail the service options and answered all of our questions. We felt no pressure to sign up, but are glad we did. I also loved that they did a follow up with us and exuded great customer service.

They are the best. They helped me with my alarm system when I moved into my home. A couple months later, I had to call them again with a basic issue. Problem with my keypad control panel was solved immediately.
