Refrigerator was no longer cooling. Chuck temporarily fixed it so it was cooling again and would work until the parts he had to order came in and could be installed. We ordered a new dishwasher over the internet. Upon delivery, Chuck unpacked and installed. The cost of service ($494.26) included parts and labor. He gave us a senior discount as well. He is the best example of EXCELLENT customer service that I have seen in YEARS. Honest. Nice. Polite. Professional. Extremely knowledgeable. He is the only repair service we will call in the future. We HIGHLY recommend him.

Chuck determined that vent line through slab was full of water and lint. He used a powerful vacuum to pull the water from the line. Dryer works great now. Chuck was on time and very easy to work with.

Chuck has always done a fantastic job. My homes dryer vent goes from the middle of the house out and until a few years ago, we never cleaned it. You should have seen the amount of lint he got out of the vent. Chuck also hooked our new dryer up for us. He has always been very efficient. He also doesn't mind my crazy animals running around.

I was having trouble with my dishwasher not draining and unable to figure out why so I gave up and called Chuck. Chuck promptly returned my call. As we discussed what was going on with the dishwasher, one of his questions was if i had happened to replace the garbage disposal lately. And I had. He explained that there is a knockout plug in new disposals that a lot of people forget to remove to allow the dishwasher to drain. He told me step by step what to check for and how to fix it. He said just call back if it doesn't work and he'd get me scheduled for a service call ASAP. I followed his directions and fixed it myself for no cost at all. Most repair services would have made a service call, did the easy fix and charged me a bunch for it. I will definitely be calling Chuck for my future repair needs.

A board that prvents the freezing up went out, thus refrigerator wasn't getting cold air. Chuck checked it, called appliance personnel and was told the part was no longer available. Chuck was very punctual, respectful, and easy to talk to about the issue. He worked hard and spent the time to make sure he handled the problem correctly. He came much sooner than I expected someone would come. He defrosted the freezer so the refrigerator would work for about a week, which gave us time to purchase another one.

Chuck has done excellent repair work for me since 2005. I was referred to him by my mother. He recommend that my mother get a new washer rather than get the old one fixed. He could have made the money to keep it going but He was thinking in best interest of client. Chuck is in it for the long haul. He wants your business for the long run. He cleaned my dryer air vent in my house in Montgomery from 2005 until 2009. When I bought my new house in 2010 he helped me resolve many issues and refered me to other contracters to fix other items. He installed a new dishwasher for me. He installed a dryer air vent fan booster to improve performance of dryer air vent and increase saftey. He always does great work at very reasonable prices. I have recently sold my house and after inspection no repairs were requested. I attribute this to Chuck's fixing things up when purchased and maintaining things after purchase.

Chuck is a very pleasant man. He worked quickly and cleanly. He seemed very honest and gave me a reasonable price. He left old parts with me as car repairmen often do in case it happens you are replacing the wrong part.
