Great work and friendly professional workers

Benjamin Franklin responded to a water leak inside the house and were here in less than an hour. The leaking expansion tank atop my water heater was replaced quickly and I was able to turn the water back on to the house in a timely manner. The service tech, Sean, was friendly and professional, answering all questions and making recommendations for future work. I will definitely use them again.

While I appreciate the promptness and the professionalism that was shown to us, it seems to me that the bottom line was a bit over the top. Donâ t get me wrong, I will promote you guys and for sure will call you back to repair any major issues!! Iâ m self employed with 16 full time employees so I fully understand the issues involved with retaining the best technicians that we can afford to keep. And hereâ s the rub: itâ s not going to get any better as long as this administration is trying everything in its power to do away with fossil fuels!! Thanks for letting me vent. Let me also repeat the age old adage that, â You get what you pay for!â That being said I have a large project beginning in mid November and I will be calling yâ all for my plumbing needs.
