Our roof was about 11 years old and pretty messed up from some of the past storms and high winds (previous owners made some shotty repair attempts..) needless to say, we wanted to be prepared for storm season this year. This company had everything we were looking for in terms of quality right off the bat. They even informed us about specifics we didn’t know about before calling around. They were able to work with us through financing since I’d like to make payments and we had our roof up in days after I heard about the upcoming storms. I feel confident in our decision with All Ears and at ease for the summer months. Plus, the new black roof gives us some serious curb appeal 😆

No nails left behind, which I was thankful for, because I’ve got grandkids running around, and new tires on my car.

OMG this was the best experience I ever had with a contracted company. They showed me what they had to offer and guided me through the process, they never pushed or became overbearing to secure a sale. Edward was my sales rep and he was super accommodating and understanding. I felt like the price was more than I was looking to pay but at the end of the day I went with All Ears Roofing because of the amazing warranties and quality of products they offer. Not to mention, I felt very comfortable with the sales representative and entire sales process. They actually came to my home and comoleted the job from start to finish in just one afternoon. This is unheard if with other companies, some of them told me the job would take 3 to 4 days to complete. So i highly praise them for their semse of urgency! Hard working company, from the sales guys, installation crew, and to the gutter crew. they Came in on time , actually they begin a bit too early in the mornings, but its understandable because of how hot it gets. Smooth and efficient operation. roof was replaced within the day , the gutters were installed the next day, everything looks sharp and very professional. I'm glad to have come across them early on when I looked to replace my roof among the several companies i interviewed. Very informative and thorough, they educated me on what to look for and came across very genuine in their presentation, I felt confident after they answered the questions I had. Chris then walked us through the scheduling process, keeping us in a loop every step of the way. He always explained all the details from selection of different types of top quality CertainTeed shingles to the many years warranty service and answered every question patiently from us. The installation crew also did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled. Chris performed the quality check with us afterwards and we are very satisfied with the newly replaced roof which is gorgeous.
