Michael assisted every step of the way with meeting with the insurance adjuster to represent my interest. He was able to be flexible with the weather and the work was completed very quickly once the weather cleared. They also did the needed carpentry to renovate the attached metal carport. Pricing was reasonable considering some of the rehab work that needed to be done in addition to the roof surface. They were able to take on additional scope as it was discovered and pricing on the additional scope stayed within the original quote.

He did not finish the job according to the contact with my insurance.

The crew was done in 2 days. The new roof looks great. They worked with our insurance quote for the damage and even helped us get our fence restrained. Justin is personable, honest, and aims to please. He is very responsive with communication. Great experience overall.

From the first phone call with Mike (owner of Stiller roofing) it was a pleasant transaction all the way through the end. He answered all of my phone calls, texts, and assured me he could get me exactly what I wanted down to the very color shingle! If there was a delay for some reason due to the weather, or a mix up in what was ordered, Mike called me and spoke with me himself to assure me that they will be on track on the certain date and time, and they were. Mike was very hands on, I spoke with him directly all the time via phone calls and text messages. In the beginning while getting estimates from different people, Mike waited patiently for me to decide and even answered some questions I had about other quotes I received. Overall, I was very impressed by Mike's personalization, friendliness, willingness, patience, punctuality, and overall work ethics. Very professional! And that's what customer's want, some one to assure/guarantee them the work will be done, follow through on their word, and follow up during the process. Mike did all of that himself! His crew cleaned up my yard nicely after the job was complete and hauled off all the debris. and after all is said and done, my roof is the best looking roof in my neighborhood!!!!! They made everything easy from start to finish including on line simple selection of shingles. They worked with our insurance company to get a higher quality shingle and replace rusted fans and vents. They are run by fire fighters and it shows through their work ethic and manners. The crew was professional and polite. They kept their work area confined, stayed on task and there was no mess left when all was said and done. They will be our roofing company for years to come.

Outstanding service and work. This company cares about what they install and how it is installed and, how it looks. One of the vendors didn't do a good job on the small metal roof over our front window. I didn't have to say a thing to Stiller. They saw it themselves and took care of it. I had made a last minute decision to paint the whole house. Stiller was more than willing to adjust their schedule to ensure the gutters were taken down and left down until the house was painted. Once painted they then installed the gutters and ensured everything was perfect. Their crew is is very curtious and do the best they can to keep the property clean prior to ending the day. i cannot say enough about this company. Zane and Mike, from Stiller, were excellent partners and I thruely appreciate the fact they cared about my home like it was their own.

Stiller and his crew were wonderful! They were extremely efficient and did a fabulous job. They actually left my house cleaner than before the roof was replaced! Exceptionally wonderful! This review is a little late coming. But I wanted to post a review and share my experience regarding Stiller Roofing & Remodeling. And being fairly lengthy, for those who don?t have time to read this entire review, the ending result is POSITIVE! Our home was hit by a severe storm cell in May of 2015. Even though our roof was pretty much a total loss, our home insurance agency denied most of the damage to our home- leaving us to financially fend for ourselves. But there is a bright side to this story. We found Mike Stiller of Stiller Roofing & Remodeling via Angie's List. I?ve been a member of Angie?s List for many years. Mike Stiller arrived at our home when promised while calling me to let me know how far away he was so I?d know his arrival time (almost to the minute). Mike accessed the damage and offered a fair estimate on replacing the roof of our home and storage building. The estimate amount was given only after he completely educated me on the many different types of shingles, tar paper, roof turbines etc. With this information, I had no doubts or misgivings regarding my choice of materials to be used. Mike answered every single question I had (there were many) before, during and after the job had been completed. The work started on the day promised. There were no incidents that caused me to ever doubt the capabilities of Mike or his crew members. The finished project was extremely amazing, leaving us in total awe. Many of our neighbors (and some just driving by) commented on how beautiful our new roof was. Because of ?bad deals? in the past, I have become very stingy with my trust. So it takes much more than just words to win me over. But very impressed I was (to say the least) with Mike. The high level of genuine customer service that Mike provided to us was TOP NOTCH- BAR NONE! This is a true rarity and refreshing indeed that it still exists these days. In my experience I have never had any job done at my home (or anywhere else) that was as stress-free as this- thanks to Mike. Very courteous and willing to answer any and all questions. Work was done on time and on the dates promised. They worked us in quickly as we were very concerned about avoiding interior damage from the leaks we discovered. Michael is willing to come back to inspect again after we have more remodeling work done so I feel confident he will be responsive to future concerns, if any.

It went well. He showed up when scheduled, inspected the roof, and told me what he saw. I was very pleased by his professionalism, a rarity in this day and age.

After the last set of hail storms, I called around looking for reputable roofing companies. We called Stiller Roofing and within a day or so Mike came out and inspected my roof. He was extremely professional and patient to explain exactly what, when and where the major damage had occurred. Needless to say, getting the news you need a new roof is a daunting; however, he made the process as painless as it could have been. Mike worked closely with the insurance company's adjuster to insure everything was covered. This included additional documentation and statements along with phone calls and pictures. His crew completed the job within a few days. There were extremely professional, cleaned up after themselves and left the premise in good condition. He managed the gutter replacement and damage to the interior as well. I would strongly recommend them!

I called Mike with Stiller Roofing soon after my roof and fence was damaged in a hail storm. Mike quickly responded the day I called and was very professional! Mike worked with our insurance company and answered all the questions we had. Stiller roofing showed up on time and worked very hard for two days replacing all the shingles on our roof and staining the fence. The workers were very professional and did an outstanding job cleaning up after the job was complete. The roof looks great and now we get a discount from our insurance for the class 4 shingles!! Stiller roofing did a great job!! Mike was a pleasure to work with and we would most definitely use his company again if the need arises.

They were prompt. They got in touch with me quickly, came out and did what they needed to do. He told me what they found on the roof.

Between their first and second visit, the weather got in the way and I remember them being very courteous and giving me a call with plenty of time to sorry they can't come up because there is ice on the roof and that kind of thing. the weather kept getting in the way but they were very good at communicating. One person came out and it took about an 40 minutes to an hour to complete the job. They were very prompt. They left the area fine when they were done.

Mr. Stiller listened as I described all of my roof issues, and then he went up on the roof to make the necessary repairs. He isolated and patched a roof leak. He blocked a few entry points that several squirrels had been using. He did the roof tune-up as described in the $99 deal. He even left me some metal flashing in case I needed it in the future. Mr. Stiller was extremely professional and knowledgeable about roofing. He was easy to talk to and provided good advice for some other issues I've been having with the house. I would trust him to handle any of my roof repairs in the future.

Stiller Roofing did an excellent job replacing our old roof. Their price was very competitive, and when we had questions regarding cost details, they took the time to walk us through their bid and pointed out the differences in materials amongst the other competitors. Their work was performed as scheduled, completed on time, and we now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. As a bonus, we've also received an enormous discount on our home owners insurance. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

They showed up just as they said worked all day for two days. They were very professional and courteous. They came back a few days later to check on the fence and finish clean up. I had no complaints at all and would call them in a minute for any other job. They even gave me a little discount to put a review on Angie's List not know if would be good or bad. Very nice guys I recommend them highly.

If something came up that needed Mike's input he was just a phone call away. That speaks volumes about their concern for their customers and commitment to quality. The subcontractors they use deliver the same quality work that Stiller does. It was truly one stop shopping with them. All the work done was excellent start to finish. So, would I use them again? You bet!

They came out and inspected my roof , notified me that I had damage and met with my insurance inspector. They replaced the roof.I found them to be very helpful and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Owner came out and met with my adjuster and helped with the insurance company.Roofing crew was here right on time. Crew picked up all of the debris from old roof and kept it all located in one area and hauled it all off. Crew worked hard and completed the job on time. Owner was on sight and answered all of our questions. Owner come back after completion to check and make sure all was satisfactory. Everything they sais they would do and they did. I have recommended Stiller Roofing to my neighbors. Will use Stiller Roofing in the future.
