We had called several companies, but this was only one to come out and check the damage to roof and siding. They got started in a timely fashion and did a wonderful job.

The sales rep for Andrews Roofing was very energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgable, and promised the world. That should have been my first clue that I was in trouble. My insurance company did an inspection of the hail damage to my house and concluded that I qualified for a new roof and siding. The estimator failed to include the broken windows in his scope of the work to be done. I pointed this out to the contractor and he said that rather than take the time to get the inspection report revised, he would just take care of replacing the windows himself. It never happened. The most flagrant example of the poor quality of work my Andrews Roofing however was their failure to return my home to the original condition, as everyone agreed was their duty. I was present while my old siding was removed and their was very clearly a insulating homewrap underneath the siding. I couldn't stay to watch the entire installation of the new siding, but I was there long enough to see that they did not replace the insulating wrap. I called the sales rep and at first he said that I was mistaken but after inspecting it himself, he agreed that the wrap had not been replace. He then tried to justify the error by saying that it wasn't in the insurance company's scope of work. He said that it would have cost him an additional $800 to install the wrap. I called my insurance company and they said that it was the contractors job to return my home to the original condition and that they would have been happy to add an addendum to the original scope to include the wrap. At that point in time, it was a moot point. The work was done and Andrews Roofing became increasingly hostile and threatening each time I tried to raise the issue.

They laid shingles over a tree branch, shingles were sticking up around my skylights, left debris on roof and all over the yard (still finding roofing nails), lines of the shingles did not line up with roof line. They blamed it on the fact that the next day was Cinco De Mayo and the crews were anxious to get going.

I would not hire them again. They hired people from different states to do the work. We just had some hail damage and they were only interested in selling me a new roof. The roof hasn't leaked or anything of that nature, but they didn't install the right color roof and I didn't feel comfortable with the work they did. Their sales representative was very argumentative. They didn't have anyone supervising their workers.

We needed a new roof on the garage, Andrews Roofing and Restoration Inc. removed old shingles on the roof and replaced them with new shingles. They were done with my garage in one day.

I thought they did an excellent job. They completed the roof in 2 days. I first selected 1 color and ended up changing my color choice and it was no hassle. I would recommend them. I am pleased with the company.

Like a lot of people in Columbus, my roof was damaged by hail last fall. Peter from Andrew's Roofing was very nice and helpful, and patient with the fact, that this was my first home insurance claim. He was assertive (but not too pushy) with my insurance company, and I wound up getting everything covered plus a little more to put towards paint. The workers were respectful of the yard, and laid down a tarp in order to protect it from their feet and the discarded shingles. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Andrew's. I like working with local companies, and this was an excellent one. I would definitely use Andrew's again.

They did an excellent job. They were timely and they put on the roof within an 8 hour period. Their work and pricing was very good. They have been back a couple of times to check on the roof. We are very, very satisfied.

When I called this company, the man I spoke with, Mike Garrison, was very nice. He took a look at the job, and said it was such a small job, he'd do it for $75. I told him I'd call him back the next day to schedule a time. He immediately asked if I had any larger jobs, and I told him not at this time. When I called back to schedule, he acted like he never talked to me! (I know it was the same person - I recognized the southern accent!) He said if he thought of anyone who would be interested, he would have them call. Of course, no one ever did.

There are so many roofing companies going around my neighborhood right now that choosing one was hard. Drew had done a roof in the neighborhood and I asked him a few questions. He was very no pressure and answered all of my questions. I made the color selections and he had me scheduled within a week. The crew arrived at about 8:30. They were very polite and went straight to work. They cleaned up as they went along and everything looked great when the completed around 3:00. Drew came towards the end of the job and checked everything out. All in all it was much painless then I thought it would be to have a new roof installed.

I SPOKE WITH 2 REPS FROM THE COMPANY WHO AGREED TO MY TERMS., 11/21/06. ON 11/26 THEY DROPPED OFF THE SUPPLIES TO START THE JOB, THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY VERBAL OK TO START. I CALLED THE OFFICE TO FIND OUT WHY THEY DID THIS, I SPOKE W/ ANDREW PITTMAN AND HE STATED IT WAS HIS ERROR AND THAT NOTHING WOULD GO FORWARD TILL THEY HEARD FROM ME. ON 12/02 I WAS NOT AVAILABLE, THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB, THIS WAS W/OUT CONTACTING ME AS PER OUR AGREEMENT. WHEN I GOT HOME THAT NIGHT MY ROOF HAD BEEN STRIPPED AND 1/2 DONE. I CALLED THE COMPANY, I SPOKE WITH DAN U & HE STATED THAT THERE WAS A NOTE POSTED TO THE SCHEDULER TO NOT DO THE WORK UNTIL I CALLED. I SPOKE TO THE GM, HE STATED THAT HE FIRED BOTH THE REP'S WHO I SPOKE WITH. I AGREED TO HONOR THE PRICE AND GET THE INS. CHECK TO THEM AND MAKE PAYMENTS WHICH I HAVE MADE THE GM AGREED TO THESE TERMS DUE TO THE FACT THAT HIS PEOPLE MADE THE MISTAKE 1/07. NOW THEY ARE CALLING AND DEMANDING PAYMENT THROUGH FORCED SALE OF MY HOME.

When Andrews Roofing came and knocked on my door out of no where I was skeptical! Their sales rep. Mr. Howard was very polite and after he did a detailed inspection of my home for hail damage. I could tell he was very knowledgeable too. He offered to meet with my insurance adjuster to show my insurance co. that there was damage. I was skeptical because I had already been denied, but Mr. Howard seemed confident so I said yes. My trust was well placed, Mr.Howard met with my insurance co. and the insurance co. agreed to replace the roof, siding, gutters, awnings, window capping's and much more! I got a whole new outside on my home! When the work started it was clean, safe, and efficient. Any concerns I had Mr. Howard addressed right away! My home looks absolutely great! Andrews Roofing did a great job!

Excellent company and first time contractor experience. After a vicious hail storm we had some damage to our roof and siding. We have never hired a contractor before. Our project manager Andrew approached us with a consultative sales approach and walked us through needed repairs, optional repairs, and what the repairs involved. The approach alone was a nice reprieve from the hard sell competitors were presenting. We really appreciated the professionalism, follow through, and overall competence of this company. The work teams were courteous, skilled, and cleaned the work site daily. Supplies and dumpsters never sat around. Our house looks like new and the roof in particular looks better than what the original builder put on. I recommend Andrews Roofing and Restoration.

After the storm there were literally hundreds of contractors descending upon our neighborhood. I immediately contacted the insurance company to report the damage to our home and automobile. Due to the extent of damage in this area our insurance company was scrambling to get additional personnel to assist with claims from other regions of the country. They contracted an inspector from Texas. The results of his inspection were very disappointing and in my opinion incorrect. Many representatives from various companies approached me to take a look at our roof and I turned them away. We had small aircraft flying overhead advertising many local roofing companies. David Jimenez approached me and offered to give me an estimate of the damage to the entire house and be an advocate for our family when negotiating a settlement with the insurance. We contacted our insurance company and told them that we were very dissatisfied with the initial assessment and they immediately assigned a new rep.
