Service went great. He actually educated me on how to fix some other things if they ever happen. Super nice guy.

I called the next day and the owner immediately waived labor/trip charges and charged only for the part. That's responsive and fair. My goal was to avoid purchase of a new washer/dryer. It appears all is well now. No more loud squealing, hung switches, bad belts. Good work. Total cost for all repairs $375.

When they come out and do work they usually are good. They are on time. However, if there is a problem and you want to engage the warranty you pay for they are reluctant and slow. When you try to buy a part from them they are slow. They also keep poor records.
I?ve called several times this year asking why they charged me a service fee when the fix was on warranty. It was a new washer and something was lose from the packing. He brought out the part I paid for and attached it to the refrigerator. In my opinion he put the part on incorrectly. They did not refund me for the service call or even tell me there would be a service call fee. I've asked them to take the part back and the owner was rude to me. They've never called me back.

My washer filled with water and then would not drain or spin. Called APPLIANCE PRO on Wednesday afternoon and obtained an appointment time of 9:00-11:00 on Friday, 9/28/12. This was the earliest that a technician was available. Had it been an emergency, they could have come sooner.
Rudy, the tech, arrived at 9:30 on Friday, 9-28-12, and went immediately to work. He had confirmed what I was told on the phone about it being a bad switch. Took him about 30 minutes to complete the repair. During that time, he was happy to tell me what exactly was wrong with the switch and what a good washer I had purchased 12 years ago.
The whole experience was as painless as possible.

Called for service and person answering the phone asked questions to be sure she understood the problem. Service man came at scheduled time. He located small broken part and he was very clear about cost of ordering part and service charges to be sure I wanted to spend the money on an old refrigerator. Very nice guy. Called back when part came in and was prompt both visits.
I have used this company in the past and have had equally good experiences. Courteous and concerned enough to really figure out what was going on. This was not a big service need but I felt like it was handled as if it was as important as a bigger job. That kind of courtesy counts a lot to me.
