He did a whole bunch of trees. I think he did 10 trees or something like that and knock one down. They didn't mess my lawn up and they got rid of the debris. They carried it instead of dragging it, which a lot of others have done and then, that messes the lawn up. They picked up everything, they didn't just pool it and they cleaned up everything before they left. He came back and checked everything and made sure that I was happy and if there were little things that I needed for him to trim again or trim more, he did. So, he came back and checked everything and finished little finishing touches, which he was going to do anyway. So he did an excellent job. He seemed very knowledgeable. When he came by and gave me the estimate, he gave it to me in writing and everything was itemized, so I didn't have any questions what was what. The proposal was totally itemized, it was in writing, he told me the potential dates he could come and do it. He said, "I'll call you, I can work you in before." He called me the day before and told me he would be here at such a time. He was here at such a time. He was extremely professional, everything in writing, no questions about where we were and what he was going to do.
