+ -1 moreI interviewed her and another realtor and I went with her because she seemed to know the area a little better than the other realtor. I had also seen that she had recently sold a similar house for the price I was looking for. We were quite happy. Our house sold in one day, and we got the asking price for it. I couldn't have asked for more.
