We have lived in Tyler for twelve years and had our air conditioning serviced several times. Today we found the best! Aire Serv is undoubtedly not only the best but the most honest. We cannot recommend them enough. If you want a reliable, and professional company ?Aire Serv? is the company. We won?t be calling anyone else!!

Our heater went out in November and we couldn't figure out what was the matter with it. My husband had tried several things. We finally called this company to check it out and like we thought it was best to replace the whole thing since ours was 20 years old. They were curteous and obliging and offered discounts. We will be loyal customers.

The provider was very professional and very nice. I am definitely going to use them again.

It went fine. He checked out everything after giving me his card and making sure I was comfortable that he was really with the company I called. Then he put the shoe protection on his feet and a mat down at my door so he wouldn't track dirt in. I called because our upstairs until wasn't putting out cold air. That was the one with the blown fuse. He also checked the other unit and I'm glad he did because that one has a slow leak and needed Freon. Glad I didn't have to make another call this summer for that unit.

An Aire Serv representative provided us a written proposal and price for their duct cleaning service and for adding insulation to our existing attic insulation. We accepted their proposal and they set a date when they would return to complete the work. They arrived on the date established. Over a period of about 4 hours they added approximately 6" of insulation to our existing attic insulation to bring the total depth to about 14" throughout. Then they cleaned all the supply (total of 12) and 5 return ducts. This entailed removing each duct cover and cleaning it, then cleaning the inside of the air duct. They carefully covered furniture where appropriate and did a reasonably good job of cleaning up after their work. They also removed the squirrel cage blower from the attic unit and thoroughly cleaned it. Overall, we were very pleased with both their duct cleaning and their insulation work.

After my heat went out completely, they came out immediately and even brought a temporary heat source until replacement was done. Full install was completed in one day. The estimator caught that the manufacturer initially gave me the wrong equipment, and they made the replacement with no cost to me. They also installed all equipment up to code, including a part not in the quote with no additional cost keeping their no quibble quote promise. Unlike some, the job was done for exactly what was quoted which is something I really appreciate.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great! We were really pleased. There was no additional cost. He decided we get a service contract, but we did not do that. He was just really nice and they did a good job. You can't ask for more. They didn't leave a mess at all.

The coupon deal was to get my A/C unit cleaned and inspected, but it ended up being a partial inspection, since my coils are so impacted. They were great about showing me what was wrong, and then set up a consultation for a new unit and quote that is good through March of 2014. | |They were straightforward, listened to me about what I already knew about my system, and explained why they could not measure the freon at the time, nor could they clean the coils as they were. My inside unit may be over 40 years old. It is time to get it replaced. | |So, the "No" is because the cleaning and inspection and possible recharging did not actually get done. But they explained why and followed up very professionally with me, and I will be using them to replace my unit once I decide which setup I want.

Our gas furnace quit producing heat, and I started smelling gas in the house near the furnace. This on a Saturday afternoon. I got my wife, daughter, and dogs out of the house and called Aire Serv. They took my info and told me someone would be calling me back shortly. The furnace was cycling so I guessed the problem was the igniter. The tech called me and said he would be here in about half an hour as he was all the way on the other side of town. When he got here, he quickly came to the same conclusion that I did, it was the ignitor. He didn't have the exact one on the truck, but he did have a very similar one that did the job. All told, it took about a half hour of his time here. He had us up and running in just over an hour from when I called. The tech was quick and professional. The only issue I have with this was the price. $275 is a whole lot of money for a job that used a part that is under $25 retail. I realize a company has to make a profit, and employees have to be paid. But $250 for labor and profit is extreme.

Aire Serv examined and tested indoor units of a Trane gas furnace, model XV-80. Found no problems nor gas leaks. Recommended we purchase and install a Carbon Monoxide gas detector. Service Tech, Fernando, was thorough and professional.

They did a great job. They found the problem with it and I paid for an additional cost to fix it. I was not surprise nor upset with that kind of problem. They very good and they're fine.

Quick, courteous, and informative. They gave me a quote for future service and were going to order what they needed, but I haven't heard from them again. I'm not upset, I will call and remind them when I'm ready for the work to be done.

Technician came out as promised and was quite thorough. He went well above and beyond the minimum required and was careful to point out problem areas that needed immediate attention. I was quite satisfied with the work.

replaced contact and unit was running fine, then next morning it failed again. called them and they came back out next morning and seen that capacitor had blown probably from a power surge they said. anyway they replaced it for me and it was under warranty so it didnt cost anything. great job. working fine ever since.

Thorough inspection - service rep spent two hours on a very thorough inspection of both interior heat pump system and outside unit.

We paid for the coupon thru Angie's list. I talked to them the next day, and they set up an appointment for the following day. It was set up for a 2 hour window the next day. That was already a nice change from the half to full day window that other providers of services ask for. They called me part way thru that window and explained that the tech had run into an issue at the previous service site and was running a little later than expected. When he got done there, I got another call to let me know he was on his way and when to expect him. He did the check up quickly and efficiently. Gave me some information that I didn't have about the system since it was here when we moved in. He also caught an exposed wire outside at the compressor that I had missed when trying to check for things like that and took care of it. If I ever need more air conditioning or heating work done, Aire Serv will be who I call.

It was great. Joe was beyond professional and courteous. Respectful. Communicated well. Would use Aire Serv again in a second!

After being out of town for 3 weeks, I returned home to find air conditioner not cooling properly and immediately called Aire Serv. After explaining that there was a person in the home with a health problem they sent someone out the same day. The technician advised the system was frozen up and disconnected it so it could thaw. He returned the first thing the next morning. There was a leak found on the outside condenser coil. He called the manufacturer and found that the coil was under warranty (but not the labor). He ordered the coil and was advised that it could take 1- 2 weeks for it to come in. He re-charged the unit. I talked to Aire Serv's office to see if they could do anything about getting the coil in any sooner than 2 weeks as we were having to go back out of town. They were always very courteous and helpful. They were able to get the coil and get it installed in 1 week. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism.

Completely cleaned both inside and out of the AC. Replaced a small part. They were very knowledgeable at what theywas doing. They were very reasonable and did excellent work. They were very friendly.

We called for an estimate from 3 companies. This was the quickest to respond, did the most thorough evaluation before sitting down to talk, and had the lowest bid to do the work. We accepted their bid the following day and the work was completed the day after that. The day following installation of our new air handler, we had an issue. We called that morning and the issue was resolved that afternoon. So far, we are extremely satisfied!

Air Conditioning unit stopped working, I got on the internet and found three Heating and Air Conditioning Companies, left my Phonenumbers I was contacted within a day. Explained our problem and they made an appointment when it was convenient for us. The next day the owner came out and analyzed the problem and gave us a list of units and prices, he was very professional and really nice and took time with us. He left because we wanted to think about it after consulting with one another company, We decided to call these guys back and they sent a team of technicians out and installed the new unit. I talked with the technicians outside because I was curious They answered my questions and my husband. We were impressed with the quality of work and their professionalism. They also replaced the thermostat, and explained how to use it. We couldn't be more happier and we love our cool house.

I was semi-pleased with their work. At the time, there was just one man doing the work so they were somewhat hard to reach. They installed the A/C fine but they didn't put a filter box underneath, which caused problems.
