everything went fine but it was expensive because of the price of Freon. Newer units are cheaper to service even though ours are only 10yrs old they have changed the coolants used in newer units

I called at 5pm Saturday, James came out Sunday afternoon and got us running (primary drain clogged), and Paul (his brother) came out 2 days later and replaced the decaying drains with new PVC. They are awesome, caring and prompt! I am so glad that they service Kingwood!

Got home and A/C was not blowing cold air. Jumped on Angie's List and found Airtime located in my town. Called them at 5:30 pm and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. 40 minutes later they called and said they can be at my house within minutes. Brock showed up, looked at the unit and immediately found it was the compositor. Went to his truck for a new one and that was it. Fixed! It was just that simple. Brock was courtesy, kind and professional.

Brock made a service call on our 20 plus year old unit, he explained everything in detail and his sales approach was low key. The installation took a little longer than I expected, but it was done well and the crew was clean.

One word....EXCELLENT. Airtime is the place to go for all your HVAC needs. From the prompt response from the Angies list message to the sales call, the free estimate and system advice and knowledge, to the on time arrival of the crew and the rapid and very professional installation. These people know how to conduct their business. I will recommend and use these folks for all my HVAC needs as long as they are in business!!

Airtime was the first to come to our house and give us a quote.  Gave us the most competitive quote.  And installed the furnace on the day that I requested.
   All workers were  friendly and courteous and were much quicker than I anticipated.  They showed up on time did the job and were out earlier than I anticipated.

They arrived at the time they said, removed everything & installed new equipment, cleaned up everything & explained operation of new equipment. Did a great job.

The company installed the units in 1995/96.  They have serviced the units ever since.  I have never had an issues with their service!  They have done all of the repairs that have been required. They are quick and easy to deal with.  Brock comes out and I trust him with whatever he recommends.  They have gone above and beyond for me!  I will definitely continue using their honest services!  I highly recommend them!

They do an extraordinary job, and I will not use anybody else. I have been using them for about 3 years now. I have referred them to others, and everyone has been happy. They were super reasonable on price, and got the job done very quickly within 48 hours. They are also super honest and trustworthy. My mother has used them and they saved her about $5000.

As is not surprising in Houston, a call in the afternoon was too late to get service the same day, but the service technician was out the next morning.
The blower fan in the outdoor A/C unit wasn't turning. Having had a similar problem last year (we have two A/C units), I was expecting to have to get the run capacitor replaced, but got concerned when it turned out the unit also needed a new fan motor.
After the new capacitor and motor were installed, the technician, Brock, checked the entire unit for proper charge and operation.
I was delightfully surprised when the bill was nearly $200.00 less for the capacitor, fan motor and labor than another service provider charged me last year for the capacitor and labor alone. Since the needed repairs were performed, there was no additional charge for the service call.
A/C is critical in a Houston summer and I am happy to have found a service company that offers a timely response, professional service and reasonable prices.

My mother has been using Airtime for years and years and has been very pleased with their services.  Her favorite technician has just bought the company.   I have used multiple companies, primarily because I had a home warranty in place for a number of years or because our unit developed problems on a Sunday or Saturday night.   Airtime has made a decision to keep Sunday a day off for themselves and their employees and I respect that.  This time, instead of paying the weekend rates of companies I have engaged  before, I talked my husband into waiting until Airtime could come out. It did take a couple of calls to get on their list.   Once I was able to speak with the scheduler, all went as promised.   Brock called before he came out and was early for the time slot promised.  I had asked for earlier arrival if possible.    He was professional, observant, quick and answered my questions, not only about the repair and possible causes for the capacitor failure but what I should keep in mind when selecting a new system.  My coworker told me she and three of her neighbors had capacitor failures also.  They all paid more than I did.  I will use Airtime in the future particularly for the system check up which I missed this year.
