They were very hard workers. The equipment was very heavy and had to go up and down a staircase. They also had to work in high temperatures (90-100 degrees). They were very courteous and always professional. They put tarps down to keep the mess to a minimum. We were pleased with their installment. We have had some issues with the temperature of the A/C not keeping cool temperature in the hottest part of the day; however, Integrity has sent out technicians to remedy the issues.
Description of Work: The provider replaced our air conditioning unit (air handler and compressor unit) in our attick and outside.

The removal of the old air conditioner and heating units was quick and clean. The technicians wore shoe covers and put down cloths to cover the carpet and floors. Installation was completed in a matter of hours and the new units are so quiet we don't even know when they run!
Description of Work: Integrity replaced 2 air conditioner/ heater units for us. They came out one day to check the old a/c's, and when the units were found to be bad, they installed new ones the next day! Service was prompt, professional and courteous.

Every time I've called Integrity, they have come out quickly. Every single employee I've dealt with has been extremely professional and so considerate and polite. They are wonderful to work with.
Description of Work: Integrity installed an entire new heating and air conditioning unit in January. As the weather has gotten warmer, we discovered our master bedroom was not cooling enough to suit me. So, they came and created a Zone for the master bedroom. This was the work they did last Saturday. Today, they had to come re-install the sensor in the bedroom. It had come loose. It is fixed, now, and the bedroom is WONDERFULLY cool!

The servicemen were scheduled to begin installing the HVAC at 3:00 pm. I was not advised how long this installation would take and the servicemen actually did not complete the job until 9:30 pm. At approx. 6:00pm I asked the servicemen, who were still working on the installation, why they would start a lengthy job at 3:00 pm knowing the job would take approx. 6 hours. They advised me their superiors were aware how long this particular installation takes and does not seem to be concerned about the customer, their plans, or the fact the servicemen are working extremely late. I actually did have an engagement that evening which I had to cancel due to the lengthy time of installation. Unfortunately, one of the servicemen stepped on the pvc pipe, which leads to the water softener container in the garage, and broke the pipe. I was approached by the other serviceman advising he thought my garage refrigerator was leaking. I saw the water on the floor by the refrigerator and inside the water softener tank cabinet. After eliminating my appliances as having leaks, the broken pipe was discovered. This caused my garage and my bedroom to take on approx. 15 gallons of water between the two. The broken pipe attached to the water softener tank was the pipe which broke. The field supervisor serviceman ran to town for parts while myself, the other serviceman, and a neighbor attempted to move furniture and dry the bedroom floor (thank goodness it's concrete). We moved items to the opposite side of the garage and swept out water and I had a dryer and began drying the garage. I will say the serviceman who went to town was very expedient. That caused about an hour delay which really was not that long. My neighbor and myself asked several times to have one of their supervisors come out to access the situation and I am assuming they refused to come as they did not come as requested. After another hour or so they completed. I received a call the next am from a supervisor stating one of their home repair contractors would come out and estimate the damage. He did come out that am and advised me of the repairs needed. After tearing out sheet rock, letting it dry for several days, he was able to replace the sheet rock, re texture, and paint. He did a great job. It took approx. 1 week as I could only take off work on a Thur. or Fri. to let them in the home. This all took place due to my quarterly contract for inspection of the unit. My last quarterly inspected yielded some work which was recommended but not immediately needed. To update all that work would have been approx. 1800.00. At this quarterly inspection I went over with the inspector the items recommended for replacement from the previous inspection and was basically told those items really were not needed but a 4000.00 HVAC system replacement was. I was told my coils were bad and I was leaking "some" freon. I was not having any ac problems at this time and my house was cooling. I was advised my unit was not that great of a unit and does not hold up. I told the serviceman I bought it at Conroe Air/Integrity, it is a TRANE, and I was advised at purchase it was the BEST unit they had. Now the serviceman wants to tell me it was not. I was getting a feeling he was trying to sell me something I did not really need. At least not yet. But, because of their recommendation, I proceeded with a new unit. While I appreciate the repairs being made at no cost to me, Integrity did not really show any regard to the inconvenience this whole situation caused the home owner. I believe the servicemen were tired and wanted to get the job done. They hastened and stepped on a pipe breaking it...accidentally. Having sheet rock debris, drop cloths, drying fans, sheet rock texture, and dust in your room makes it unusable. Having to take off 2 days of work affected my income. No one from Integrity ever called back to ask how the repairs looked or if I needed anything. I feel Integrity should have offered some type of compensation due to the damage their workers caused to my home. I just got a feeling they were not being forthcoming on the need of a new HVAC, as they called later recommending a whole outside unit as well. I declined. I want my equipment serviced but I do not want to be sold items which really are not necessary. It is just my feeling but may keep me from using them further for my service needs.
Description of Work: 2 gentleman came to install a new HVAC in my attic. I was advised my freon was leaking and coils were bad and installing a new HVAC was recommended. I bought my original system through Conroe Air/Integrity 9 years ago.

My old air handler system was thirteen years old, everything was rusted, and it had quit working. I called my homeowners warranty and they set up a company to come out and check out the unit. I paid $75 when the other company came out three days later. This company wanted to repair it and I felt like that was too much money to put into a 13 year old system. I called Integrity Comfort Solutions to see if they could come out the same day and give me another estimate, since I had taken off work, and was surprised and pleased that they came within two hours. The estimate was free. They took a lot of pictures of the old system, showed them to me and explained in detail what needed to be done. I am on limited income and they went above and beyond to provide everything within my budget. I am extremely pleased with Integrity Comfort Solutions and would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely never use anyone else. These gentlemen were very professional, courteous, and prompt.

Our system was old and had been repaired; the AC spring check up revealed new repairs would be necessary. Proposal was made to replace the entire unit, which we accepted. A minor accident involving ceiling sheetrock damage occurred, but Integrity worked with us to have repairs made at our convenience and satisfaction. Removed old plenum & installed new plenum. Upsized 2 6" ducts to 8" ducts. Installed 2 new supply air vents. Whole process went very well with very little disruption. Job was done and any clean up needed was done. Installers were very courteous and professional.
Description of Work: Inspected system for Delta T diagnostic alert for heating temperature rise. Checked media air filter. Checked supply duct system. Discovered there were no balancing dampers in supply air duct system. Recommended upgrading the supply air duct system to manufactures specifications of the 3.5 ton system and replacing air supply plenum and installing balancing dampers.

Jehu Trumbly was very professional, explaining the situation, what needed to be done and the details of his quote which he generated immediately. It was a difficult choice between him and another supplier, and I went with the other supplier because of the type of coil they used (just personal preference even though Integrity also quoted a high-quality one) and the fact they were much closer to our home

Integrity lived up to all and more of what we expected in removing and replacing a whole new Ac/ Heating system, vent pipes and all. Integrity gave us an expected time of 2 days to remove and replace the entire system. They did this and even cleaned the side yard where they had plied up all they old sheet metal and fiber glass installation. The team of workers - electricians, sheet metal, duct installers, and Ac Tec's were very polite and courteous and knowledgeable and if they did not have an answer they would call and consult with the engineers to get the proper answer to your questions. My wife Carol and myself would, will, and do recommend Integrity Comfort Solutions to any one needing Ac- Heat work done minor or major.
Description of Work: Appraised the old system, explained what it would take to repair our old A/c Heating System. Our system was over 25 years old. Compared to what it would cost to replace the whole system as even the vent pipes were falling off and collapsed. Integrity sent out an engineer and a company representative. and they spent about 21/2 hours crawling around the attic taking pictures and making notes and measurements the next day Integrity's reprehensive called in the morning and came to the house later that afternoon, he showed us the pictures of how bad and broken down our system was it truly was unfixable and very unsafe to even be hooked up to the hydro box at this time. The representative than explained that with the information he and the engineer had taken they worked up 3 systems that would be able to replace our system and give us both a sense of safety and comfort. Integrity had designed a very basic system that would keep us both warm and cold as the weather dictates but would have to be kept up service wise to give us minimal heat and Ac. the second system was more complex it would be a more advanced in electronics and motors and piping/vent pipes. The third system was the high Tec top of the line system, more bells and whistles than we really ever need. My wife and I said we discussed all their information privately for a day or 2 and than get back with them. We did decide Integrity seemed trust worthy and seemed to talk strait with us about what is needed and not needed . We went with the second system proposed to us it will and has given us all the cold air we wanted last summer and kept us toasty warm last winter. Once we notified Integrity that we would definitely get them to replace and install the new system we went with the second option as it did have a few extra bells and whistles it is heavy duty enough for us. we had the system now a bit over a year and have had no problems what so ever and am happy that the company does call at least once every season just to check base and see if we having any problems.

Very Professional Company. I was first introduced to them when a rat ate through some electrical line on the outside unit, now I have two outdoor cats. Later they returned when the fan motor on the outside unit went out and a subsequent visit due to a failure to cool forced a return to diagnose the issue and later replace the A-Frame coil. All this occurred in the span of about 4 months. My unit was 5 years and one month old, one moth out of TRANE's warranty and naturally they would not honor anything. Integrity did their best to keep the cost in my ideal range. SO, How do you stop a TRANE ? Turn in on !!

It was on a Friday evening. Everybody had just closed. I couldn't get the guy I wanted. He was too far away. So, I used a service that was local because they're registered way up there with Angie's List, number one. The guy came over here, put a pound of freon and charged me $337. They ripped me off. He wanted me to join up with this year long for another $170 so when they come back it'll only cost me blah, blah, blah. They just changed their name to integrity. I happen to know that a pound of freon probably cost them $12. Yes, it's Friday evening around eight. I can see them charge me maybe a little more but I'm not that far from them. They told me we charge you $198 for up to two pounds of freon.

I am so sorry for the negative experience, unfortunately refrigerant prices are continuing to climb when concerned with R-22 refrigerant. The EPA has determined it to be a major hazard to the environment and has ceased imports of R-22 and cut production levels in the United States every year for the last 4 years running. It has gotten so scarce that manufacturers are beginning to cease production of R-22 compatible equipment, forcing homeowners to move to the new "environmentally friendly" R-410 refrigerant. All of these changes has resulted in a dramatic increase in the prices of R-22 refrigerant. We hope that this explanation of our current industry climate helps with the reasoning of our current pricing structure, and we hope that if you ever do require our services again, that you would keep us in mind.

We're very pleased with them. You get a good discount. You don't pay the full month for callouts. You don't pay extra for Saturdays and Sundays if you call late for that. They never let us down. Anytime we call them, they always come. There are very reasonable repairs compared to what we had previously. These guys are a lot cheaper than the previous one we picked up from the phonebook. They're very professional. They come on time. They're very clean. The job got done. They give you a rundown of the equipment. They don't push anything. It has been good.
