Description of Work: Their company was referred to me by a previous customer of theirs. I had been having problems of water coming up through the floor of my main bathroom and wood floor in hall and breakfast area. I found before they came out that this was only occuring when I ran the washing machine and the kitchen sink or diswasher. When I ceased to use these appliances I did not experience any water problems on the floors. They came out and did troubleshoot all areas and ran their plumbing tools down the cleanout plugs where they found no stoppage but they did find a lot of mud and silt which led them to believe I could possibly have a break in the sewer line under the slab of the house. They told me they would have to run a camera line to pinpoint the exact location of the problem. They did deduce that I did have a break in two seperate areas and referred me to a company they had previously used to corrrect this problem. There was no charge for their two hour service. They were very professional, efficient, honest and patient with all of my questions. I would have hired them to fix my problem if they did work under the slab of a home.
