 + -1 moreEverything went well. I call provider and scheduled an appointment. Provider came during scheduled appointment and completed the job. A/C is now working and house is getting cold again. Great timing since hot weather in Texas is fastly approaching.

 + -1 moreI called this company. I needed someone to look at an AC unit in my attic that had quit functioning. It was around 8 a.m.when I called and he said he would be out in a few minutes. I told him I needed to leave by 11:30 a.m. and he said he would be here way before that. He didn't show and didn't call. There are dozens of companies I could have called, and I am sorry I picked this one since it will now be an additional day (in this summer heat) before I can get service from another company. He did not ask for my telephone number, but I figured he had it on his caller ID, or else he would have asked. Very unprofessional.

 + -1 moreI took three estimates and they were about $1000 less than the closest competitor. They came in; got it done and it was fixed. They did a good job and were very punctual. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Flores Control Service & Air Conditioner to replace the evaporator coils on my air conditioning system.
