EDWARD JORDAN

Edward was courteous, pleasant, and answered our questions when we asked. We did find it frustrating that he had limited availability to go out looking for houses with us (usually only 2 days per week) given that we were living in temporary housing with all of our belongings in storage and were eager to find a house. We had previously worked with a very motivated real estate agent in another state who was willing to look as often as we wanted until we found our house, which left us with high expectations for future agents. We also found that we had to take the initiative to look on Houston real estate web pages to find houses for sale in the neighborhoods that we were interested in and then ask Ed to make appointments for us, rather than him taking the initiative. We liked Ed, but if we were the ones paying the commission, we would look for a more aggressive, proactive agent.
