I discovered a leak (water ring) on my ceiling and it was forecasted to pour down in two days. I got 4 quotes. Mark was the first one to the home. He’s the only one who came the same day I used the app. He offered to do work on what turned out to be a roof leak that same day. I told him I would like to but I need to check out the three other quotes. 2 of the other quotes advised me to do a whole roof repair and asked who I was insured with - they were out. The other quote was $400 more dollars than what his was. 2 days later... as I had to wait for the other quotes, I made my decision to go with TX Seal Roofing. Sadly, the damage was worse than all 4 originally thought after the shingles were removed and the wood was shown to be rotting... Mark took pictures so I could decide what I wanted to do. Light drops begin come down and I knew I screwed up by waiting to long for the last quote to come in.. I had to go to work in 20 minutes and Mark told me don’t worry about it and that he would make sure that no water got through the roof. While I was at work he went to Lowe’s and put a temporary tarp and sealed the edges so no water got in. 1 1/2 days later the rain stopped and he completed the work almost immediately. One of the few times I was not upset at paying for home repairs. Also gave me a signed 2 year guarantee for the project. Whoever you get to fix your roof, make sure you at least get a quote from this guy if he’s available!

After I called late in the afternoon, Mark came to fix a roof leak first thing the following morning before the next rain. He also did a complete roof inspection and performed needed preventative maintenance on several areas before they became problematic. Two days later, as promised, Mark & Frank completed some additional preventative maintenance & sealing on five more areas of my roof. Both men were very efficient, courteous, professional, and personable. I was most pleased, and I highly recommend Tx Seal Roofing!!

Told us the material used would be under the shingles therefore we would not see the material on top of the shingles. It was in a tube-like caulk. Mark put it on top of the shingles and it looks horrible. Why tell us one thing and do the opposite? This is very noticeable and it certainly looks as it is; an ugly roof patch. We have not had any hard rain so I do not know if it leaks or not. Very Disappointed. But what can you do, it is done.

This company was very Professional. They did a full inspection or investigation of the issue on hand came up with a solution and wasted no time executing it. I am very satisfied with this company and I highly recommend them to anyone having roofing issues.

Mark was professional and persuasive. He showed pictures of what was wrong and gave us a good price. He had the materials to fixed it right then. I believe he did a good job. Truth will tell all when we get a hard rain.

We had two local leaking problems on roof in way of antenna and air vent. So leak patch and repairs on roof were completed and very satisfactory including 1-year guaranteed. Will hire them again and highly recommend.

I saw before pictures of the work needed, but was not shown after pictures. The chances of me getting up on my roof are pretty slim, so I just kinda have to take his word all that was contracted was done.

I like that they were able to come out on short notice(same day) to make initial repairs on turbine vent and the turbine vent repairs were excellent. However, other repairs were made to sound more urgent than they were. Overall they are a good company if you need repairs done in an emergency.

Definitely my own fault for not getting another bid, but subsequent checking around clearly indicated to me that I grossly overpaid. Not a big job but work was excellent. The contractor wore a mask when he arrived, which I thought was cool. He did not wear a mask when he came inside to collect. I am in my 70s. A lot of people might think no big deal. I kind of did.

Mark was very professional and showed me exactly what he was goIng to be doing with my roof! He was in time to do the job and the I m very pleased with the price! I would definitely contact Mark for any repairs I may need on my roof!

Turned out there was not a problem with the roof it was a pipe leak. Thanks for be honest.
