We hired Mark after he drove 50 Miles to our place to asses the water damage to our roof. Unfortunately Mark took this opportunity to swindle us out of an extra $750 saying that the "Roof Jacks Needed to be sealed as well. After a quick google search of "Roof Sealant I unfortunately agreed with his assessment. The original roof repair was 2x4ft of space on our second story roof which he said he would charge us $475 for. I thought this a an agreeable price considering we had similar and some higher offers. He then brings up the roof jacks Sealant BS costing upwards of $1000 and says he will complete the scope of work for $1500. I would prefer if Mark would own up to his swindle and either Educate us on why the work he did costs an extra $1000 or rescind an agreeable portion of the payment to remedy his deviousness. I am not ungrateful for the work having been performed. I am upset that I believe I was lied to and short of civil court I have no ability to change the outcome of this situation. Cost of repairs 2x4 roof repair: $475 Sealant for roof jacks $1025... Scope of work for Mark and his team: Hours: 2 Parts: $50 (Estimate) Labor:$450 +/- Profit: $1000 +/- I will be avoiding Mark's Company like the plague going forward unless this is remedied.

Although we ultimately settled on a mutually-agreed project cost, the cost was on the high side, given the scope of the work performed. In every other aspect, this company is exemplary.

The pro was nice and they did a good job. At least from the ground looking up. The workers were gone before I knew they were finished. My first red flag, was when he came to give an estimate, he did not climb on the roof to see exactly what needed to be done. So I was quoted a price, and that price was more affordable than the previous bid. Day of the repairs, he upped price $500 stating extra materials would be needed. He did not even stay for the completion of the job. He left his workers to finish. In the process of repairing the roof my ceiling was damaged. When I showed him the damage he took $50 of the price. The two repair estimates are $200 and $250. On top of all that he pretty much forced me to give him 5 stars on another repair site. The first pro who came warned me about low bids and I did not listen. Next time I will take his advise. Those 5 star ratings are bs.

This contractor came to my home for a leak job, he came and said that he needs to check the attic first, he cracked the sheetrock on the ceiling he did not follow through after he said he will fix it

What we needed was explained with photos to show us the condition of existing roof. How the new roof would be done. Materials, etc What we can expect with the new roof, and how long it would take to finish the work. Quote was given, and we accepted the offer.

We had water damage in our front entry ceiling. Mark came on time and did a thorough evaluation. He sent several pics of problem areas and recommended Roof maintenance with sealing the overhead windows over the entry. His crew came the next day and knocked out the job. We are very pleased and will use them for any other roofing jobs that come along.
