Description of Work: I needed to have my couch cushions replaced due to animal urine. I brought the cushions to their shop. They showed me the different options for foam replacement. I chose the mid-range foam because I felt that was best. They delivered the cushions to my home about a week later, even though my home was outside of their delivery area. They were very professional throughout the entire experience. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Reupholstered a wingback chair. It took less than a week once they started. Due to some large jobs they already had scheduled, they had the chair for about a month. But they picked up the chair and dropped it off thanks to being a member of Angie's list.

Terrible customer service.
Description of Work: I tried getting a quote from this provider 4 times after sending email and text message pictures at the providers request. After each message I was told I would get a call back with the price quote. I am not sure if the job was too small or what however I think to be professional you should at less respond to the request.

I thought he was great. He was helpful and easy to work with. His price seemed to be fair considering the work that was needed. He followed my suggestions and the chairs look fabulous. It took about a week and was so much faster than I expected. Overall a great experience and I will use him again and highly recommend him. Thanks Angie's List for helping me to find him.

While they had my sofa in the shop, I happened to be in town one day and I decided to stop by their shop. The owner was very accommodating, showed me my sofa and how far he had come on the project. The total time it was in the shop was only three days, which I thought was amazing! The dimensions of my sofa are 84 inches long and 38 inches deep, and the slip covers they created for it fit like a glove. I am so happy with their work, that I have referred many of my friends to them as well.
Description of Work: Garcia's came and picked my sofa up, took it to their shop along with the material I purchased and made beautiful slip covers for it. The price of $350 reflects a labor only charge, as I bought the material separate.

Very professional and efficient. Picked up and delivered on time. Very reasonable price, and workmanship was excellent. I would definitely use this service again.
