Second Glance Design offers a signature service called a pre-listing Property Evaluation. We will walk your home and property and create a "honey do" list of what items need to be addressed before listing your home. It's the step beyond decorating and cleaning. This service in a home sale can eliminate endless showings by helping you prepare the home on the front end and sell quickly and easily. It is our goal to provide this report within 24 hours. Her methodical and well-trained approach to each property evaluation ensures that my clients understand and implement the most critical staging elements needed to ensure that their home shows at its very best. She is polite, professional, and direct- so her expertise is not lost in a haze of niceties. Not only does she walk thru the home with the owner, she also writes up a detailed, room-by-room report that they can read through and "check off" as they implement her suggestions.
