The Star State Plumbing Company was able to schedule me the day after I called. My water heater had been leaking, probably for a while, and the water overflowed the drip pan to my garage floor. The water heater had a six year warranty, and I was 6 months away from that expiring. Stat State took care of all of the warranty issues and their competent team of Mike and Evan replaced my broken heater with a new one of the same model. They arrived to my home on schedule, and called ahead of time to confirm. I will definitely use Star State Plumbing again!

Excellent. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I've used them a few times now, and have been extremely pleased each time.

It went awesome! Adam and Wyatt called a 1/2 hour before arriving and showed up on time. Wyatt prepped the "rocking" toilet while I showed Adam the other toilet that wasn't level. Adam determined that the toilet leaned a bit because the floor wasn't level. He said he was concerned about taking it out and then not being able to fix the issue and having to charge me for the attempt. We agreed to let that one go for now. Meanwhile, Wyatt had finished the draining the first toilet. Adam then disconnected the water line and unbolted the toilet from the flange. They very carefully moved the toilet out of the way onto a pad. Adam confirmed one bold had come out of the flange. Adam pulled the old wax ring, cleaned up the flange, scrapped the old caulking up, installed new bolts and wax ring, reseated the toilet and reconnected the water line. Checked and rechecked to make sure there were not leaks. No more rocking toilet! The work was expertly and efficiently done. All questions were answered without hesitation. Adam and Wyatt are a good team. I'd hire them in a second for any future plumbing issues!

This company is fantastic. Not only a fair price for service, but excellent plumbers that did the work. My water heater was 18 years old, still worked fine, but decided to chance out for future carefree hot water. Consequently, nothing was within county regs: no drip pan, no pressure release tank, etc. Virtually, they installed a water heater system as if in a new house construction. Home Depot quoted me a like install at twice the price. Go figure. I would never hire any other plumbing company than Star State Plumbing.

After calling Star State Plumbing to discuss what I needed done and receiving a very competitive estimate for the work, I scheduled the install, which they were able to accommodate in less than a week. On the day of installation, I received a call earlier than the install window stating they were their way and providing a 30 minute notice. How refreshing, arriving early, and providing 30 minute notice for arrival. It continued to go well throughout the entire install. Adam and Bobby were simply great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything they were doing while they were doing it. Very polite and professional young men representing Star State Plumbing well. The drop in sink was a huge sink and had been in place a long time and took some extra effort to free from the marble countertop without any damage. No sweat for these guys. Extracted perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the work performed, the cleanup afterword, and the end result. Would definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

Great communication prior to appt. Paul showed up on time. Cleared drains. He could have charged for unnecessary services but didn't - told us our clean out drain was in good shape but that we needed one small piece to fix the cap, and our leaky faucet didn't leak while he was here but he told us the simple fix needed that we could do on our own if it did start leaking again. We'll use Stat State again!!

Outstanding, efficient, super-quick service. We discovered at 9:00 AM today our water heater was leaking. I called their office at 9:20 and received a call back at 10:00 AM with a scheduled time window of 3:00 - 5:00 PM. Their plumber Paul actually called at 1:45 PM and was at our house by 2:30 PM. By 4:30 PM, we had a shiny, new, leak-free (yay!), functioning water heater. Paul was efficient, friendly, and didn't mind me asking questions. I think we have a new service provider.

Very punctual. I had purchased the toilet. They installed it very professionally and quickly. Much better than I could have done. Pleased with the work.

It was a very good experience. Adam, the plumber that came to the house, was prompt, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I had one plumbing issue that a previous plumber couldn't take care of and basically just blew me off., so I dealt with the problem for years. Adam on the other hand knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it quickly. I can't speak highly enough of the service that I received. I definitely recommend Star State Plumbing and they will be the only plumbing service that I call in the future.

Excellent. Clear and concise info was given over the phone, then Adam and his helper showed up at our retail workplace 2 hours later. He did a fantastic job, very clean install and excellent cleanup. Friendly, courteous and honest. We will use these guys for all of Bike World's plumbing needs and for my home as well. I was also informed that they maintain relations with other trades that they know to do good reliable, reasonable work, so we will refer to them for recommendations as needed. The hole was filled in properly. The job was good.

They were excellent. He came on a Saturday. We were having a lot of rain and he stood out there and dug some holes. They were super. They came back and checked on it to see if they could fill in the hole. It was still soggy from the rain so they came back another time and filled it in.

The farm sink I wanted installed didn't match up with the existing plumbing.  Travis took the time to consider options that didn't involve cutting out the wall in my very old house.  He also pointed out some probable problems with reinstalling the old, finicky disposal and wrote down what I needed and waited while I ran up to Ace in Sattler to get a new one.  I couldn't be happier with the work he did and would certainly recommend Travis from Star State Plumbing to anybody.

I wish all Contractors were like this.  Going to be our plumber from now on.

Richard Almaguer and his apprentice worked diligently on the sink faucet and had no difficulty repairing the dripping. The bathtub faucets were more complex, stuck in place and had to be slowly repaired with totally new parts. The process required ordering the parts so repairing took 2 different times for replacement.
