 + -1 moreMr. Simek did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and within the priced range he said he would do it. I was very impressed with his cooperation on scheduling the appointment to do the work. It is obvious that he has many years of experience because there were some obstacles to overcome which he did nicely to finish about 2 or 3 hours earlier than I expected. I would aslo like to add that he is a great person to associate with on any level. He did such a good job and made us feel so welcome to be working with him. I have already arranged for him to do more work at my house and he has been professional in his timing and agreeable to work with in getting an estimate. I look forward to working with him in the future and would recommend him to any friend, family, or professional. Thanks
Description of Work: Restructure a portion of a floor in the restroom which had begun to fall in. Replace commode, bowl wax, and some type of flange. Finished out to sub flooring exactly as I had requested. Received consultation on further remodeling repairs without which I would not have been able to complete a related small remodeling project.
