These guys are 100% professional. When we purchased Fine Print Farms, they were the best company to deal with to understand what was happening with our five wells. Our first freeze, they were out immediately when we determined we had a problem and had everything they needed to fix the problems. We will continue ue to work with them over all others.

The employees of Puddle Jumpers, office and field crew, were all professional, prompt and courteous. I operate an equine rescue and ran out of water for 38 horses and myself in 100 degree weather. Puddle Jumpers came right out, assessed the situation and began work immediately. They went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion.

Great work. Ran into some issues with the downwell pump but they did a lot of troubleshooting and turned out to be factory issue. Got us a new oNE and we were in business

Overall, a positive experience. They got the job done. Water is good. However, concrete pad at well head was placed, on land, that was not graded level. Looks like they used a piece of scrap lumber, to level the pad. Would have prefer them to have graded it a little better.

.They were very punctual and they came out at 9 at night. They didn't make us wait until the morning and they didn't charge us extra for being night.

I can't say enough good about the crew. When I discovered that my water tank was dry I called and they were out here to inspect the same day. They were here the next morning and began the work to pull and replace my pump with a new one. Besides the pump they replaced a almost broken valve on my tank for no addition al charge. This is a hard working crew that seemed to enjoy each others company (sometimes rare). They were extremely responsive and very polite. I really appreciate those attributes. Most of all I appreciate that I had my water back the next day. "you never miss the water til the well runs dry".

Not well. He did nothing but we still had to pay the service charge.

The circuit on our well pump box kept shorting out, requiring a trip to the pump to reset. After resetting the pump 5 times in one day, I considered the situation an emergency as we couldn't keep water going in the house for more than about an hour. I called a local Boerne well company at 8 am who said they'd call when they could come. When I hadn't heard from them by noon, I called back and was told they weren't sure they'd make it today. I then called BoMax, explained the situation and Max said he'd come out as soon as he was finished with another appointment. When he was running a little late, he courteously called to inform me. He showed up shortly after, and began work immediately on the box. He had everything replaced and running within the hour, was super friendly, and charged a reasonable price. I will keep his card, call in the future if needed, and recommend him to anyone looking for well service!

Water was coming from under the concrete slab at the well head. I called Bomax, who dug the well originally and they came the SAME DAY! Amazing! After some hard digging the two technicians determined the leak was coming from the supply line to the house, under the slab where the pvc was connected at the elbow going up through the concrete to the pump. Very very difficult to access or determine if the crack was up into the concrete. So we decided to re-route the pipe through the side of the pump house. Not the best solution, but better than breaking into the concrete. As they started to work they discovered the leak was not coming from a crack but from where the pvc supply line to the house was connected to the well supply. The plumber was responsible for this. No glue had been used on the connection! Not Bomax's fault, but the plumber. Rather than saying, "it's not our problem but the plumber's" they went ahead and fixed it correctly. Still a difficult job. This is the kind of professionalism you look for. Highly recommended. And by the way, we have had excellent quality water and supply of water even through the severe South Texas drought the last two years! These folks know what they are doing when it comes to drilling wells in South Texas!

Bomax delivered on all their promises without us pushing them. Optional items were offered with no pressure to purchase. We are pleased with the well and the water. They drilled extra deep (this does cost more) but the volume of water available gives us assurances that we will not run dry.

I have been using their services for years. They have been referred by my homeowners insurance. They do a wonderful job, are reliable, on time, and very courteous. I have always felt they were very professional as well. This is a good company to call if you are looking for someone to take care of this kind of work.
