Paid for removal of two trees - one large oak and one small crepe myrtle. They did a good job of the tree removal and general cleanup but left the tree stumps. I was told they would address grounding down the stumps when one of the brothers came by to discuss some landscaping work, which was to be the next step in the overall project; that is the last I heard from them. I left a voice message, which has been ignored, and the email address on their business card apparently does not work. Now I have to figure out how to finish up the work they did not complete and locate someone to address the landscape issue.

These guys were professional from start to finish. They trimmed two large oak trees. They did what I requested and cleaned up after.

I hired them and agreed to the tree work but Zonescapes never showed up to do the work. I had to follow up multiple times before they finally text me that they couldn t do the job, which put me in a difficult situation. I do not recommend them. Very unprofessional!

The brothers, Richard and Carlos, who run ZoneScapes are professionals. Richard came by on the same day that we contacted them and discussed the work and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and informative. The two 50ft California palm trees that we had them clean up look awesome. They did a very good job of cleaning up the yard afterwards as well, which is a lot of work after palms have been shaved. Overall excellent job with professional work ethics.

I had a big, overgrown raggedy-looking oak tree overshadowing the front of the house. They did exactly what I asked- thinned it out, removed some overhanging lower branches. They even removed the ball moss, which I m sure was a big job in itself. Now I can do some planting in the front yard because there is now sunlight in that area. I plan to hire them again for some landscaping.

Carlos was great. He came out when he said he would, provided me with a fair quote and came back to perform the task and the work turned out great.. would certainly hire him again..

Richard and his team did an outstanding job in trimming the live oaks in my yard. They were very professional throughout the 2-day project and throughly removed all the debris generated by the pruning. I highly recommend ZoneScapes.
