Doug ,the owner was very friendly & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how my equipment worked. I'm a widow and senior and had questions . He worked with me on a rate that fits my budget. He took a sample of my pool water and I found out the chenicals were way off that was the problem I kept getting algae .His tech Candice came out to service the pool. Yea!! a female tech. She was so delightful ð ­

We had ASP Schertz resurface our swimming pool and were very pleased with the process. and results. Doug and Tina were both very easy to work with. I also felt Doug was helpful in explaining the different options and price variations for our project. Once we chose our colors/products and signed contract, Doug and his team immediately went to work on the repair. In total, the repair process from signed contract to completion took less than one week! The new pool surface and tile looks Outstanding! We are very happy with the results. Prior to resurfacing, our pool looked very dated. Now, it looks brand new. I can't wait to get more use out of it this summer!

They are great people to work with. I would give them more than a five star but your rating scale only goes up to 5. They are a family owned business and all very professional, personable and reliable. Caleb who does the cleaning maintenance of our pool is just a delight to work with, he is a hard working, friendly young man. I have been given the chance to get to know him on a little more of a personal basis. He cleans the pool as if it were his own pool. We originally had an issue with the electrical. Caleb come to his first visit and was able to troubleshoot and repair it in a very timely manner. I was highly impressed with the skill and knowledge he brought with him. I am more than happy to recommend them.

Doug and Tina are great people...they take pride in their work and are very customer oriented. We have had a great experience with them. On their first visit they fixed a pool electrical problem that our previous pool persons did not ever attempt to fix! So, we so appreciate them and their efforts and highly recommend them!
