I had never purchased a pre-owned home before, so I had lots of questions, all of which he answered quickly and thoroughly. The whole process went very smoothly and was a lot less stressful than I expected it to be. We were coming to San Antonio from L.A. to find a house for retirement and thought we had an agent lined up.
