Description of Work: Raul came over to do an estimate for a glass shower/tub enclosure.He took the measurements and said he would get back to me within a day.After a week and at least 12 phone messages to call me back, he never did.I see that he runs a pattern of wasting people's time .-how in the world does he stay in business.This person made me very angry with his poor business practice !!-I could never imagine how anyone would use him.

Description of Work: I called this person he wanted to know if my broken window was single or double glass. I told him it was double. He said he was headed my way and would call me back in about an hour and get my address well he never called in and hour and I still haven't heard from him and it has been a week now. I will never call this person again. He is a very poor business man.

Description of Work: We had multiple windows that were fogging. Since the window glass was under warranty we ordered the glass and had Triple R Glass do the installation. We set an installation date with Raul for the day after the glass was to be delivered, however, when the glass arrived there were two windows that had been measured incorrectly by the window glass provider and needed to be re-measured. Raul installed all that were received and will come back to complete the installations when the new glass arrives.

Their measurements were exactly correct for the exterior of the glass and the cross pieces within the glass exactly matched the adjoining pane. David and Raul are an excellent team, working together they completed the job quickly and left the site cleaner than they found it. This is the second job they have done for us and the second time I am pleased to report I am completely satisfied with their work. I will hire them again when we need glass or window repair.

 + 0 moreI found several contractors from Angie's List and called to request estimates. Triple R Glass provided a thorough estimate and were available when we needed them. They arrived at our home on time and completed the job in the time they estimated. As I noted above, they really did a great job cleaning up the work site when they finished. We have another window we discovered is fogged and are hiring them again to do the work. We are completely satisfied with their performance and heartily recommend them to anyone needing window glass or window screens repaired or replaced.
Description of Work: David Yu and his brother provided an accurate estimate for both the cost of the job--replacing fogged double-paned windows and some ripped window screens--and the time to complete the job. I was completely satisfied with their work and very impressed with the way they cleaned up the job site when they finished. I am hiring them to do another job.

 + -1 moreDavid responded to our request for an estimate to replace the shower enclosure within an hour of leaving him a message. He gave me a quote over the phone and a couple weeks later I had him out to look at the job. He stayed with his quoted price and we placed the order. He kept us informed at all times on the status of the glass order and once it had arrived we set up an install date. They arrived on time and completed the job very quickly and did an outstanding job on the install. They also did an great job of cleaning up the work area before leaving. The new enclosure looks awesome. I had contacted three other major glass companies and have yet to get a call back from them.
Description of Work: Remove old frame shower enclosure and install new frameless enclosure.

I'm still waiting (5 days) for 3 others to even respond. I've contacted David now to come out and look at my project. His responsiveness and professionalism is outstanding.
