+ -1 moreSusana was a pleasure to work with once we decided to sell our custom home. Her choice of photographer was the best ever. Our home looked like a magazine article. We had a signed contract the first day of showing at full asking price. She stayed in constant contact with us, keeping us informed of all the actions that led to closing. And she charges less than the standard 6% fee!
Description of Work: Top realtor Susana Baird gave us expert advice in selling our home. She managed the business from prepping to photo shoot to showing to contracting and all the inspections to final closing in an amazing display of her expertise in this neighborhood and today's market.
