Thad Ziegler Glass did the job in one day and that was it!

Overall, professional job but when I priced the next such repair, Zeigler's prices were higher than its best-known competitor and the scheduling was later. I would get bids from both companies the next time I need glass service, in short, Zeigler is till on my short list.

Excellent and courteous service. They removed and hauled away three large wall sized mirrors from our bathrooms. The mirrors were glued to the walls and they removed them with as little damage as practical.

They are an old San Antonio company and they are great. They are reliable, courteous and punctual. Everything from start to finish was great and they were also careful not to break the glass.

Good experience.

They came out from the Rittiman Road store to remove the mirror. When it was time to reinstall the mirror, the guy from the Rittiman Rd. store was on vacation and wasn't going to be back for a week or more. They suggested we call another location to have it re-installed. We called the store on Main and they said they would do it and quoted us another price then originally quoted. When we stated that we had already agreed to a price for the whole job, they told us that each store was independent. Eventually they talked to someone higher up and lowered the price. The installation was done well as was the removal. We then had them give us an estimate for the shower. We also called another company which never called us back as promised. We eventually did get an estimate after numerous calls and my wife could hear them figuring it on a calculator in the background. In other words, they hadn't even bothered to work on it. We therefore decided to go with Thad Ziegler.

The representatives came out exactly as scheduled, made the pattern and I was called with an estimate. Upon approval they completed the project and set an appoointment to install it. They were prompt and courteous and I was pleased with the work.

After many attempts at replacing our old master bathroom shower door we found we would have to have one custom made. Based on previous good experiences with Thad Ziegler we called them. They had great communication, showed up on time everytime, made follow up calls, came and took measurements, ordered the materials, called when it was ready, came and removed the old door and installed the new one in a few days. Super service and a great new shower door. I asked about a window that had been broken by hail and they replaced that too. Oh, and all for less than we had paid for a "stock" shower door from a big retail outlet that didn't work! Highly recommended.

GOOD OVERALL EXPERIENCE. THE EMPLOYEES WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE GLASS AND THE INSTALLATION. THEY DID IT QUICKLY AND WITH NO DIFFICULTIES. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THE PRODUCT AND THE WORK SEEM TO BE HOLDING UP WELL.
