This is a self owned business that does everything possible to ensure that the work is completed to the customers satisfaction. He charges a flat rate if you hire him for the job and offers a 1 year guarantee if anything happens and he sticks with the job until it's complete. He had to make 3 different trips to my home to complete what we thought would be a simple repair and regardless of unforeseen complications or issues with obtaining a properly working part from the parts vendor, he never charged me anything beyond the original service call. He's very pleasant to work with and strives to make his customers happy. I would definitely recommend him for appliance repairs.
