Juan called after my internet inquiry. He came over promptly the next day, was able to fix the washer in a relatively short amount of time, for a reasonable amount of money. I will definitely call Texas Appliance Repair again if the need arises.

Juan, the owner, called promptly and said he could be at my house within the hour, even though it was almost 4PM. He asked me about my problem and got the model number of my washer so he could bring some parts with him. He fixed the washer and ended up working at my house until close to 6. I will definitely call him again. He was professional and I am very happy.

Juan did a great job repairing my refrigerator. He came in and after I explained the issue to him, he knew exactly what the problem was. Work was completed in less than an hour and his prices are hard to beat.

Mr. Juan Walker charges less than the average repair person. Also he responded to my request on Christmas Eve, when it was his day off and he responded pretty quickly and was at my house during the timeframe he said he would. Arrived same day as called. The owner himself came out, diagnosed the problem, got the needed part and quickly repaired the appliance. Excellent service and customer rapport. A small bit pricey, but this is the company to use. I would highly recommend them. VERY SATISFIED.

When he came, even though we pretty well knew what the problem was, he checked for other possible sources.
