Juan was quick, came the same day, identified the problem, and fixed it all within 1 1/2 hours! He was friendly and explained everything to us so we understood what was going on. Highly recommend! I WILL be using his company again!

Juan is GREAT! I was waiting for over 2 weeks dealing with two other appliance repair companies before I found Texas Appliance Repair and met Juan. He called me right away and because of the urgency of my issue he came out within a few hours of my call. Juan was very proactive. He got my washer model number before he came to service my washer. He did this so that he may obtain anticipated parts based on informed problems washer was having. He came as planned, had the right parts, and made repair in one visit. I did not have to wait days before getting my washer fixed like some repair services that have to wait to get parts and then return another visit to repair. Cost of repair was reasonable. I do recommend!

Juan Walker of Texas Appliance Repair arrived on time, worked quickly, identified the issue with our washing machine and fixed it. He cleaned up the machine and area after repairing and put the machine neatly back in place. We would use Texas Appliance Repair again if needed.

The owner was quick to respond and diagnose my issue. Had to reschedule a couple of times to have the repair done but as a courtesy to me he took some off my bill. He was professional and got the work done quickly and now washer works just as good as ever.

Juan was the only one to contact me within minutes after I requested a repairman. My dishwasher was not working and after he fixed the clogged filters, it still wouldn't work and Juan said he would keep looking until he found the problem. After further examination he found the motor was stuck and after working on it he finally said he thought he had it. That saved me having to buy a new dishwasher and he made sure it went through a cycle before he left. He was polite, professional, and did what he promised to do. I will call him for any problems I have in the future.
