He came and explained us how everything worked. He was very informative and pleasant. He was willing to listen to what we wanted or didn’t want. He helped us figure out the price, whether we were reasonable or not. He really worked with us. Actually the average in Texas was six months to turn a house but we sold ours in three months. He made suggestions. He pointed out about two things in the house. He called us at least once a week just to let us know what was going on. We had moved here and the house had to have a minor repair done. He checked on that and locked the house. He was very personable. He worked with us and let us know what our options were. He was realistic about it. He was honest with us. At the same time if we wanted to do something, he was with us. We could call him anytime, day or night; he answered on the spot. He used to get back to us in a reasonable amount of time. We never had to sit around and wait for anything. He did a good job. I would use his services in the future.
