We contacted Phyllis Browning Real Estate Agency about four years ago to get assistance in finding a home to purchase in San Antonio. We spoke with Judy Dalrymple who assigned her team buyer agent, Amy Kolb, to work with us. Amy was tireless and had the patience of a saint. We viewed dozens of homes, a couple at a time, over the ensuing years. Amy was always ready to show us more homes, regardless of whether we found them or she did. We had been renting a home and when the landlord informed us that the owners were returning from their job assignment in Hawaii and we would need to evacuate in about six weeks, this put an end to our indecision. We contacted Amy, explained the situation, and scheduled to see some homes. We chose a home and made an offer. Amy suggested a mortgage company that specialized in VA loans. We took her advice and it worked out extremely well; it was good advice. After the offer was made and accepted, Judy turned us over to her processing team and assigned Judy Finger to work with us. Judy was a gem. She saw to everything and was always available, anytime day or night, and we often exchanged e-mails with her late in the evening. When things got tense or our spirits began to flag, Judy always had a sympathetic ear and offered encouragement to us numerous times during this difficult process. Ultimately, Judy attended closing with us to make sure that there were no loose ends that needed her assistance and then made sure that we got the keys on time, as promised. We have bought a number of houses and the Phyllis Browning Agency and Judy Dalrymple's team of highly experienced realtors are by far the best we ever worked with. This is especially important today because of new rules and regulations that have been passed since 9/11 and the housing bubble burst. Buying today is tremendously more difficult than only a couple of years ago and having a team on your side like this one is critically important. If you are planning to buy a home in San Antonio, you cannot do better than having Judy Dalrymple's team on your side. We highly recommend them.

I liked everything about her services. I liked that she was close to my age. When I sold my home in 2004 I interviewed 3 realtors and two were much older than me. Since she was close to my age I felt that she had a better idea of what somebody in my age group was looking for. She was pretty aggressive in suggesting a price for my house and worked with me to show me how she came up with the suggestive price. I went with the price she suggested and sold my house in two weeks at the asking price. She really seemed to be in touch with the market. She also helped us negotiate a purchase and that also went really well. She charged the normal real estate commission which was 6%. Since 2007 I have called her on different issues and she helped me get cops for my house when I was protesting the tax assessment. She went over and above.
