Problems were encounted but they were fixed and they did a good job.

Dave responded quickly to the Service Magic call and advised me to hire someone local and cheap to clear the clog. Instead I hired someone local and expensive who did the job, but not well. Six weeks later the mainline was clogged again. I was back on the phone with Dave. He arrived on time and we agreed to install a cleanout. During excavation Dave discovered the sewer line was collapsed in two places-- under the foundation and under my backyard. After I consulted with a second plumber, Dave returned promptly to replace the terra cotta under the house, and a week later to replace the collapsed section under the yard.

Friendly, responsive, helpful. I did not purchase the pipe lining solution although it looks like a phenomenal product and service. But the technician took great care of me and my immediate problem was solved and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.

They were extremely organized, reasonably priced, and did an incredible job of cleaning up after the job. They were very efficient and got the job done immediately. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we intent to use them as our #1 plumber if anything comes up in the future.
