Description of Work: The service technician checked and quickly told me it was the washer`s water pump that was bad. I had mentioned to the tech that I had already removed the water pump to see if there was some obstruction. Based on that he said that since I had already taken it apart myself that I could order the part and change it out myself. That advice saved me close to $200. I appreciated his honesty and I would definitely call them again.

+ -1 moreand then after that, there was a rattle in the fan. They came back and knew immediately that there was something dragging on the fan. They re arranged it and it has worked fine ever since
