Description of Work: Replaced two side panel windows next to front door with double paned rain glass. They were very quick in removing and reinstalling the new windows. They arrived on time, went right to work and were gone in less than an hour. Great job!

Description of Work: I used Samuels Glass Company for the first time in 2003 and was so pleased with their work, service and price that I wouldn't think of using anyone else. They sent Robert C. out to measure for glass furniture tops. He was very pleasant and did his job quickly. There is a $35 charge, but that was applied to the actual order. I had glass made for a dresser, two nightstands and an armoire and I am very happy with the workmanship.

Description of Work: I needed a broken window replaced along with the gasket, I had several estimates before selecting a service. The estimate maker was punctual, very polite and efficient, however the estimate was $80.00 dollars higher than the other businesses.

Description of Work: I brought in a piece of beveled glass that was too large to place on a carved trunk. I needed a 32'' cut on one side of the glass (to make the glass 2 inches smaller). They gave me a price of $80 which I declined, as the glass cost me $50. I was very disappointed in their estimate.

Description of Work: During a storm, a large chair sailed through a window, which needed replacement. They replaced it for me.

 + -1 moreWE TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS TO THEM AND THEY CUT THE GLASS VERY QUICKLY. UNFORTUNATELY, OUR MEASUREMENTS WERE SLIGHTLY OFF AND THE SHELF DIDN'T FIT. SAMUELS WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND SHAVED THE GLASS SHELF SOME SO IT FIT PERFECTLY. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US EXTRA FOR HAVING TO BRING IT BACK.
Description of Work: THEY CUSTOM-MADE A GLASS SHELF FOR A NICHE IN OUR HOME. THE SIZE WAS APPROXIMATELY 4 FEET LONG BY 2 FEET DEEP. THE SHELF WAS APPROX. 3/4 INCH THICK.
