I will recommend Roeslers roofing , the work was done in time, and Eric even painted a vent for us.

Met contracted cost, schedule and quality agreements, color matched, thorough job site clean-up, personal follow up by the owner. Estimated cost very close to other vendors and additionally offered wood trim replacement where necessary to ensure solid mounting. The others did not.

Eric's crew did a superb job repairing a roof leak along flashing of a dormer window. They replaced all the wood trim, which had deteriorated over the years, as well as the flashing and put new hardboard on the sides and top of the window. They also installed a new asphalt platform to replace the cheap metal one that had been installed when the roof was redone a few years ago. Finally, they repainted everything to match the house's trim. Everything looks solid and professional. His project manager for drywall, Phillip S. also had an excellent crew to replace the water-damaged drywall in the garage ceiling below. They were quite particular about the installation (including new insulation) and tape-and-bedding and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Like the outside, everything was solid and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Well managed project by Eric. Gutter installation was quick and well done in about 6 hours. Gutters were built on site and were installed without a hitch. The team kept me apprised if the project as it was being done explaining how and why they were positioning down spouts. The overall job resulted with a great color match to the existing house. Just beautiful work. I highly recommend this company.

They were installing gutters during our wettest September ever so it was challenging.

Eric communicated with me very effectively. He complied with my request to use two different colors, and got an extension of the sale price on the primary one to save me money. I did have to follow up with him for the invoice, warranty information, and removal of the old gutters, but he resolved all my concerns to my satisfaction. The roofing crew did all work as requested, including some minor repairs to the roof. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the work done. I was disappointed that they failed to install a kickout flashing where it was needed, and failed to call attention to two additional repairs needed to the roof and siding. One of those resulted in a little rework. I ended up doing the siding repair and the kickout flashing installation myself to avoid additional expense.

I had new gutters installed on back side of my home, and repair work done to the fascia board. The work was top notch, and the pricing was very competitive. The gutters look great (match the house and downspouts are well-placed). The only problem I encountered was a delay in project completion. We had to reschedule about 3 times because of a problem with one of the subcontractors. Other than that, they did a great job. I'm very happy with the work.

I had a very small gutter project that was subcontracted. Eric's vendor did not show when originally scheduled but I didn't receive any notices that he was not going to be there. Work was finally accomplished almost a week after first planned date. Thankful that I didn't have to be at house each time work was planned (4 different dates).

Bid was most competitive of the three estimates I received while still proposing more repair work and even a few extras (splash guards for the downspouts). One snag that was encountered immediately following the installation was storm damage to one of the gutter runs. Although we'd discussed the close proximity of a tree to the house, the decision was made to install the gutter anyway based on Roesler's assurance that the clearance was sufficient. Unfortunately, the tree swayed more than was expected during the next storm and pinched the gutter. Roesler's was very reasonable about the situation; following removal of the tree, they worked with me to replace the damaged gutter for only the cost of their materials.
