ask them to be sure to pick-up the nails and residue left in the old gutters when removing them.They did not,found them laying in the yard.

Eric made a point to get on our roof to double check shingles that had to be raised a bit to install new gutters originally put on by the home builder - great customer service! I hope I dont need a new roof for a while, but if I do will be calling them back to install it the right way.

Eric and his crew did a great job on my roof! He thoroughly explained the insurance process and each step of the roof work beginning to end. He followed up multiple times and came back to inspect after recent rains. Very reasonable and no issues.
