 + -1 moreHorrible experience Brian sold me a AC unit used with 2-year warranty. A little after a year the whole unit failed. Just left me and my kids in the cold. Advise me there was an electronic component that had to be replaced I would have warranty for that as well as a few other things that had to be done to the unit when she charged me for. Not last few days later the unit fell again he refused to respond. Kept telling me that it was just a bad AC unit yet he sold it to me. Had to hire a company to fix the same thing he did because instead of using a new part he used a used broken part. This experience was horrible it made me feel like me and my family were worthless. Instead of taking accountability over promised and never delivered. Lawsuit now when there didn't have to be all because he refused to take accountability. Be careful and make sure like I did record all conversations text messages and take pictures CYA yourself or he will screw you
Description of Work: He replaced my AC unit with a used unit with two year warranty that he did not honor. Replaced parts with used parts instead of new parts then promised warranty but could not deliver. At your own risk be careful. I now have to go through a lawsuit just to get my back for things that he lied about and promised warranty for that did not deliver on. I didn't even ask for the full amount just what I paid the other AC repair guy to fix that I just paid him to do and still nothing. Great at communicating how much he cares what poor at delivering those promises. Be careful hopefully you find a good deal for whatever you're looking for however make sure your protect yourself because he does not give you paper warranties save all text messages emails toward your conversation with him that is the only way you can be successful in court if it comes down to that. Good luck

 + -1 moreTrustworthy, reliable, and very reasonable! I received quotes from various places to replace my air handler, and Rock came in on the lower side. After talking to Tanner, I got a warm fuzzy, and felt comfortable in proceeding with them. The install was on time, and well done. I will call them in the future, with all my Air and heating needs. Thank you!

Description of Work: They did a service check of my 2 HVAC units. They were a little late arriving at the house, but were apologetic and did a very good job. They left the jobsite clean and explained what they found and what they had done. I found them to be very friendly, honest, and professional. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

 + -1 moreThey are fantastic. I have used them for years. Brian owns the company, and a lot of people call him Rocky. He is great, he comes almost instantly, he is a hard worker, he is honorable, gives you fair prices, does he best to get you going, and I have used him for several years. I am very happy with him.
Description of Work: I use Rockair. I used them last week. My AC wasn't working, and he comes every spring and looks at it. It has a small leak, and the freon comes out, so he fills it up with freon every year.

 + -1 moreHe responds initially. He doesn't show up sometimes or call. We have mixed reviews about him. He is sometimes hard to get a hold of. He really helped us out on a previous job. Then on another job he up and left in the middle of it after breaking a part on our a/c unit. I went from him telling me it needed a repair to it breaking completely down and needing a replacement. He is a smart man but needs a secretary. Needs improvement on communication and administration.
