 + -1 moreI have a great realtor. He sold my house in less than 24 hours. I couldn't believe it. His name is Richard S Osburn. He works for Re/Max. I don't know when my house went through the register but we had an offer in less than 24 hours, in less than 12 hours we had 3 viewing and the second time we showed it, they made an offer. I think he did that he did a better price for us. I don't know exactly what would be his commission but I think he gave us a better rate. Overall I would rate him 'A' plus, plus, plus, plus.
Description of Work: I just used him. He sold my house.

 + -1 moreMr. Osburn and his team met with us several times at our convenience, which was especially helpful because we lived three hours away at the time. He provided us with detailed access to the MLS listings for our preferred area, and he helped narrow our search by determining our wants and needs.
Description of Work: Mr. Osburn and his team worked with us for a period of six months to locate a home in San Antonio. He got to know us so that he could provide leads for us that we knew would be interesting and appropriate. Communication with us was always prompt and easy and informative, especially in view of the fact that we lived three hours away at the time. Mr. Osburn has many years of real estate experience, and he gave us many useful suggestions and advice. Above all, Mr. Osburn did not try to sell us a house. He did not hesitate to point out potential deficiencies or problems with a house. He helped us find a home.
