Of 6 contractors Richard suggested to use, only 2 were still in business. The one we hired left halfway through the job, but his partner stayed on to complete the work. Due to delays from his contractors, we didn't get the house listed on time, although he called continuously asking if the work was done so he could list the house. When the work was done, he listed the house on Sunday, not Saturday. There were no details. All the rooms were listed as 1X1 in size. Pools/tennis courts in our neighborhood were not mentioned. He listed that we had carpet instead of wood laminate and tile. He had been given a full list and had not entered any of it. There were no flyers. We e-mailed him and called to get the situation straightened out and he said that he was busy showing seven other houses but would have the website corrected Sunday afternoon. There was no correction, so we fired him. He then threatened us saying "You will never sell that house." Don't use Mr. Rodriguez.
