Richard Estrada Tree Service

Took my money and ran. Does not respond to phone calls, messages or text. Did little more than half the job and did not return. Was supposed to remove 4 trees and debris, left 2 trees standing and logs and branches covering yard. Cost me $4600.00 cash

Took my trailer to dumpster and never returned to finish the job.

Jesus (really nice guy) was 2 hours late. He had gotten lost finding my home, a place he had managed to find the day before. Trees were trimmed and piled neatly on the curb, waiting for city pick up. But, it appeared to be a smaller pile than Richard had described to me. Some crepe myrtles that were supposed to have been trimmed were not touched. Not knowing that the work was not complete, my mom--who had been visiting--provided Jesus with a check for payment in full. I followed up with Richard that day to say that I thought the job was incomplete and I invited him to come by to see for himself. He missed an appointment the following day. Didn't call to say he was coming or running late. I missed a morning of work. The next day he said he did come by on his own and took a look and agreed that more work needed to be done. Jesus, he said, would be by the next day to finish the job. Next day, no show. That afternoon I called and left a voice mail. 48 hours later I have not heard from either of them and the check has been cashed. In sum, these guys are not very professional. They are very polite in person, or when you can get them on the phone. They may even be somewhat competent at their job. But, in my case, they didn't finish it, did not keep promises, have not returned my calls and took my money. If I ever hear back from them, I'll post an addendum to this review.

He showed up as promised. His workmen did the work very fast and in an efficient manner. They were very compliant to our requests and very mannerly. We were impressed with him and his workmen. We would recommend them to everyone.
