 + -1 moreEvery single bit of information was like pulling teeth. Nearly had to schedule the close myself. Everytime I would raise an issue, it was returned with, "That's why most agents don't do short sales, they are a lot of work!" Was not even present during close. Title Company said to expect a call from my agent when the home got funded by the new buyer....but, you guessed it, had to call her to find out if it ever got funded!
