I need someone to help fixing my stove. I needed it to checked out and replaced or whatever part needed to be replace. All pro appliance repair service did the inspection and charged me as well. However, when it came down to do the work, he ghosted me and would not return the phone call.

They're very good. Moreover, they are conscientious and apologetic.

It was very easy for me. I called them and they were here within about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He got right to the job and was very careful about what he touched or moved. He did have to leave to get a part but he returned very quickly. The job was done within about an hour and a half.

Not well. Was charged $55.00 for service charge which would be refunded if they returned to do the work. I then. received an emailed estimate of repairs. The estimate included a latch/switch for the dishwasher for $89.00 and a fan motor for the microwave at $84.00. The total cost would have been $444.39, which included tax and labor. I decided to see if I could do the repairs myself so first found the parts. I checked with the manufacturer and found that the latch would cost $22.25, and the fan motor would cost $40.00! I called Premier back and told them what I found, and was told that I "Needed to find someone else to complete the repairs". Wow.

e've had this service out several times to do miscellaneous appliance repair (dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal) and have been very pleased with the service provided. I've even recommended them to friends in the neighborhood. However, the last two contacts I have had have been sub par. First, the technician was supposed to get back to me with the price of some parts for my dishwasher within a day, but I never heard from him. Then, when I contacted them to repair my dryer this week, they set an appointment with me and never showed. I called twice to find out what the problem was and to reschedule the appointment, but my calls went straight to voicemail and were never returned. I won't be using them again.

Gilbert had switch changed very quickly. Don't know how he knew what the problem was, but very happy he did and had the right pay with him. Will definitely use hours services again.

Technician came out and was very nice. He went right to work and had the part in his truck. Did a great job and was very professional. We NOW have ice! I have already recommended them to our neighbor on our community Facebook page. Highly recommend them!

I called Gilbert and he was busy but promised to call me the following day. He did not call. I called him, he was on a job but agreed to meet me at noon. He didn't show and did not call. I called him and he said he could make 1:00PM. He didn't show. I called him several times but he didn't answer. I waited until 2:00 PM and gave up.

Technician came out and gave a very reasonable quote to repair my Whirlpool refrigerator. He had the part on his truck and did the work quickly. I had him look at our dryer and he found that it was the breaker outside. He was very honest! Will use again for sure.
